One of the best games ever made, great story, music, characters, etc.

This is a must have for the Nintendo Switch collection. One of the most beautiful games ever. Love the gameplay. Played this as a digital game and was glad to see that a physical copy became available for purchase. Also bought the sequel. However, not you can purchase a physical set that has both games in one! Still happy to have my 2 games.

The Positives: + Absolutely beautiful visuals that also run well, though with slight slowdown at times (but not game-breaking by any means) + Tight, satisfying controls + Very enjoyable level design + Another wonderful soundtrack + Story that once again more or less hits the right balance between show and tell + Combat is much improved from the original and is seriously enjoyable The Drawbacks: - Like its predecessor, occasionally hard to discern some hazards in the level - Can encounter the occasional glitch Overview: Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an even more unlikely port to the Switch than the first Ori. Not only because of Microsoft's funding of the game, it is also a far more demanding game on a technical level than the original that even had issues on Xbox One when it released! Again, though, it is appreciated and highly enjoyable! Like its predecessor, it is one of the best ports to the Switch and a really great game.

Amazing follow up to blind forest. A sometimes challenging but always enjoyable platformer. While there is some combat and boss fights, more than blind forest, the focus remains on platforming. Controls are tight and responsive, visuals dramatic and stunning and soundtrack is engrossing and captivating. Really an amazing game, can’t recommend it enough.

An amazing platformer—tight controls, beautiful graphics and some enjoyable music. A must play if you enjoyed the first game, as it refines much of what was great about the original and branches out in some interesting new ways. If you're a Hollow Knight fan waiting on Silksong, this is a great game to play in the interim.

I loved this game. Fantastic metroidvania style game. Abilities are fun to use and the game pacing is good. A couple spots slowed me down, but i got through them okay. Storywise, it isnt as good as the original Ori and the Blind Forest, but that is a magnificent game and the sequeal is not slouch.

Deeper story but simpler yet challenging gameplay from The Blind Forest. I died significantly less by yhe end or yhis compared to Blind Forest.

Everything about this one is better than the first. From the story to the gameplay to the soundtrack.

I'll keep this one short. If you've played Ori and the Blind Forest, you must play its sequel, Will of the Wisps. Everything is taken to a new level in this game, with more moves, a bigger world, breathtaking graphics, greater challenges, etc. I liked the story of the first game more, but this is still highly recommended to get your action/platformer fill.

The gameplay, story and music are all fantastic ! Must play for fans of metroidvania games.

We loved the first part of this game and we just couldn’t wait to get the second part. Sometimes you can be disappointed with the sequels to a favorite game but not in this case. Some people have said that they think that the second part is better but we equally enjoyed the two of them. Great adventure with beautiful graphics and nice music make both of these games worth the price to add to your collection.

Another gem of the 2D metrovania genre! Great story, gameplay and soundtrack!

Just like the first game, I've had my eye on this for on other platforms forvawhile but held off when I found out about physical copies coming. The art, music, and story are amazing. It's emotional and endearing while being fun and challenging at the same time. This is one i can easily recommend to anyone, but Metroidvania fans should definitely add it to their collections

Great game. Very underrated but definitely a blast to play.

Aside from a few hiccups here and there, the sequel to the critically acclaimed Blind Forest lives up to the hype! Expands upon everything the previous game laid out and crams even more for you to do and see! Same (if not better) visuals on top of an already moving soundtrack. Couldn't recommend enough for fans of the previous game.
