Customer Ratings & Reviews

This case is really reliable and sturdy. I picked this model because it doesn’t have the bulk that other otter boxes have but still remains durable and protective. Just about the best you can get for the price as well.

Worked as I expected. Great protection. Buttons work great. Easy to put into the case. I did accessorize it since I use a magnetic holder and this OutterBox is not magnetic.

I love this case for the protection it offers without the bulk of other cases. The charger port protection is another great feature!

Does its job, providing solid protection through multiple falls and getting banged around during work.

I have always used otter Box Cases for my iPhones… They are Highest quality cases. I have never had any problem with the Otter Box Case.. These cases are Rugged , and I have dropped my iPhone plenty of times..

At first i didn't like the color but it grew on me in 2 days and now i love it Will def buy another one if anything happens to this one

Works great, and protects the phone really well. I've been using these products for years...

phone case is great i have never been dissatisfied with otterbox

Never had a crack. Sturdier than any other case I have gotten

Use this for all my phones. When I got the next next phone, went straight for the next version of this case. A+++

Love OtterBox cases, and appreciate that it covers the charging port so pocket lint doesn’t clog it. My last 3 phones have had Otter Box cases. Nose offset for the camera on back of the phone.

Protects better than my former iPhone cover that cracked numeruos screen protectors.

Amazing case. No issues what so ever. Clean sleek and well made.

VERY DURABLE AS YOU WOULD EXPECT WITH OTTER BOX PRODUCTS !

Product was fine for my IPhone, but was not the ideal fit, I had to modify the rear lense area to fit my iPhone 14

This is my second OtterBox Commuter Series case, and it fits the iPhone 14 Pro snuggly and securely just like the previous one did on my old iPhone. Despite being someone who tries to be super careful, just two days after installation my shirt sleeve hooked on the stair bannister and my new iPhone took a tumble out of my hand. No worry… all is well! Same OtterBox quality and protection I’ve come to expect! A little "grippier" than my old case (in a good way). No regrets at all with this case.

I’ve been using OtterBox cases for years, and they never disappoint. The fit is perfect, the materials feel sturdy, and the protection is outstanding — my phone has survived more than a few drops without a scratch. I appreciate how well it grips in my hand and still slides easily into my pocket. The buttons are responsive, and the raised edges give great peace of mind for screen and camera protection. OtterBox continues to be my go-to for reliable, long-lasting phone protection. Definitely worth the investment!

Got a new iPhone and needed a case quick. Went to Best Buy on-line and ordered what appeared to be a solid case with a great price (on sale). Picked it up quickly at my neighborhood Best Buy. No issues and no lines. Got the case home and it fits the new iPhone perfectly. Love the "two-piece" concept of soft, rubbery case surrounded by a hard plastic shell. The hard shell is a bit of a pain to get on, especially where the Lightening port cover is. But once you get it on it works great. Really like the feel (kind of a rough texture on the hard shell) of the whole thing. The rubbery case covers all of the buttons and makes it easy to locate based on feel alone. The case does not add too much additional bulk like the Defender cases from the same manufacturer. Those cases are huge and serve a purpose for people that tend to drop, smash or otherwise abuse their phones. This case stays away from the added bulk and just keeps enough to protect the phone. Still fits in the pocket without issue. I am not crazy as some of the people on social media are, so I am not going to toss the phone and case across the room, but I can tell you it feels substantial and I believe it would protect the phone well. These phones cost WAY too much to just use without a case, and this Commuter case is one of the best!

I wore out my previous Otterbox hard shell protection. I often accidentally drop my iPhone, and Otterbox protected it from damage every time. The fit is perfect and easy to install.

I recently purchased the OtterBox iPhone case, and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and performance. The case offers exceptional protection without compromising on style or functionality. It fits my iPhone perfectly, providing a snug, secure grip that's easy to hold but doesn't slip out of my hand. The design is sleek and modern, with a sturdy exterior that feels durable yet lightweight. I particularly appreciate the reinforced corners, which give me peace of mind knowing my phone is protected from drops and bumps. I’ve already dropped my phone once (oops!), and the OtterBox case absorbed the impact without a scratch on the phone itself. It really does live up to its reputation for ruggedness. The cutouts for the camera, charging port, and buttons are precise and easy to use, and I’ve had no issues with wireless charging or accessing any of the phone’s features. Overall, I feel much more confident taking my iPhone with me everywhere, knowing it’s well-protected. Highly recommend this case to anyone looking for both durability and a sleek look!
