A: I do not believe it constant records, only when there is movement detected will it record but you can adjust the sensitivity of the motion to where it’s very minimal movement to trigger a recording.

Yes, you can log into the app on multiple devices, however, your Base Station is registered to the first account that set it up, so make sure you are all logging into the app using the same email and password to get in. Q: Do you have to be connected to wifi for this to work?
A: The monitor has to be connected to WiFi constantly but your phone can be anywhere to connect.
Q: Can you view on monitor and phone?
A: There is no dedicated monitor included. You must have a device/phone that has an internet connection and the owlet app to access video feed
