Okay TV stand

Not too difficult to assemble, but because of the position of the rollers to the mast, the TV cannot be placed very close behind a cabinet, etc. The TV cannot be rotated independently from the base, and the mast is not centered on the base, so base and all must be rotated to turn the TV to a better viewing angle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
