THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this ______ day of ____________, 20__, by and between the undersigned BARTENDER and CONTRACTOR, hereinafter referred to as "the parties."

1. THE SCOPE OF THE WORK
The BARTENDER agrees to provide bartending services for the event described in this agreement. The BARTENDER will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining the bar area. The BARTENDER will also be responsible for managing the inventory of alcohol and supplies.
