A: You cannot, you can adjust whether it shows the time, the song name, connected device info and one other thing i cant remember. But no, sadly you cannot change colors.

A: Yes this radio will fit your Honda, you'll need the a sterio wiring kit for your car, which just makes it so you don't have to cut any factory wires, install is pretty easy. Search YouTube and you should be able to find a tutorial.

A: Yes it does. I installed it on my Corolla. Camry shouldn't be much different. I installed it myself and it was very easy. If you go to Best Buy install area and speak to guy he will tell you if you'd need somthing else to install or not. I only needed the harness wire and I did it all by myself. Took me about 30 mins
