This griddle is absolutely amazing! We cook EVERYTHING on it. We did have issues with the top plate, and the hose to connect the gas. We contacted Pitboss, and we were able to get it replaced without any issues. The shipping was extremely fast. Over all, this is well worth the price. A great way to keep the stove off in the house. Especially in the summer time. Highly recommend getting one.

I had the Pitboss deluxe grill for two weeks now and it’s been great. Heats up and cooks fast. The no stick top griddle is easy to clean and the food has been coming out great. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it.

The PitBoss 5 burner is incredible. Setup was straightforward, but does require two people as it’s quite heavy. It heats up quickly and cooks far more evenly than a standard gas grill. Cleanup is easy. Even though I’m the only one who remembers to do it right after cooking, when I uncover it dirty, it still cleans easily. Remember to only use plastic on the surface when cooking. Only thing that could be improved is the paper towel holder, the rod comes out anytime you pull on the roll. TIP: put a roll of shop towels in there instead of kitchen paper towels, makes cleanup easier.

I use this griddle most days. It is so easy to clean up and cook with. I love the fact the cooking smells and splatters are outside. I cook outside all year round here in Florida. So glad I purchased the five burner even though I'm a single 70 year old. Fits me to a T!

The sleekness and ease of cleaning this griddle over the blackstone is amazing! So happy I went with the ceramic coating. I do not feel you are sacrificing the seasoning taste, but that may be a matter of opinion. The clean up is night and day though. Grease trap better positioned, enclosed drawers and concealed tank, light up burners, and overall just feels sturdier than my Blackstone. Happy I took The plunge.

I love this griddle. It is easy to clean, and easy to use. I put it together by myself and it was pretty straightforward forward and also easy to assemble. There is no such thing as complete nonstick but this is like cooking on your favorite skillet over an open flame in style. I get a ton of compliments also.

Griddle was easy to assemble, fun to use, made full breakfast the next morning. The reason we didn't give it 5 stars was because it had a couple of bent/dent parts upon opening the box. It still assembled but we had to straighten the pieces.

This is by far the best griddle I’ve ever had!! It’s so convenient to cook on and super easy to clean and maintain. I would highly recommend this griddle to any, and everyone.

Works well, but a lot of parts came in bent. Had to bend back to shape in order for parts to fit. Feels very cheaply made. Only part that is really heavy duty is the griddle top. Besides that it works lol.

Doesn't last. I've had it less than 2 years and the powder coat on it has failed even though it was covered with a waterproof cover. It's rusted EVERYWHERE. Customer service only offered how to scrub off the rust/defective powder coat and repaint it. Not a solution for such an expensive product that's not even 2 years old

I have on this grill for seven months. It has been on my cupboard, screened in patio and has never been exposed to any type of water sources or weather. The grill is rusting in multiple spots. I contacted customer service and they basically told me that I was out of luck. They advised me to sand and spray paint the grill?

This product was an exciting purchase, but when I received the pit boss 5 burner griddle every part was bent. I can’t believe how bad the quality of the product is for the price of the griddle. I tried to reach out to pit boss and best buy and I got the run around along with no help besides waiting on hold to be disconnected multiple times .

This is my first griddle, easy to put together and operate. Some of the pieces got dented in transit so some parts of the griddle do not sit flush. I was even missing a large piece. Reached out to the manufacturer who’s operating hours are different from what’s advertised on the booklet that can inside the product. All you can do is leave a message and hope they return the call when it’s convenient for you to take it. After finally speaking with someone at Pit Boss, they told me that were also out of the same piece and no timeframe of when they would have them in stock making my product unusable for the foreseeable future. Reached out to Best Buy and they were able to assist in replacing the missing part no questions asked and assisted in a quick turnaround. Had the missing part in hand in less than 48hrs. Overall a solid product, even took advantage of price protection as it just went on sale shortly after I purchased. Best Buy is the sole reason I kept this product. No help or consideration from the manufacturer.

I absolutely love this grill. Assembly was very easy and not hard as I have seen in other reviews. Overall it took me about three hours by myself which is not terrible. The grilling top is heavy so you will need to have somebody help you place it on the top. There is a YouTube video out there of somebody putting it together, which I watched before I made the purchase. Overall, the cooking process has been great although it took a little time to get used to it. I do suggest watching YouTube videos of others cooking on a flat top as there are a lot of great tips and tricks. I would also suggest learning how to properly clean it. The food we have made has come out great. And cleaning it has not been that bad. I like not having dirty grill gates anymore. One of the great things about the pit boss is that you do not have to really season the grill top as compared to the Blackstone or any other stainless steel top brands out there. The pit boss has a ceramic top that is considered nonstick, which makes it easier to clean. Please note this does not mean food will not stick. I have been using avocado oil as it has a high smoke point. I do not recommend using metal utensils. I purchased plastic ones via the Pitt boss website although they are a little big. I do suggest buying their cleaning pad specific for this grill as it made cleaning easy. So far I have no complaints.

I've had this for a few months now. There have been a few minor issues. Very difficult to get the griddle surface to heat up to less than 375/400 even on lowest setting. I'm even using the burner farthest from the propane tank and barely have the valve open. The non-stick works better and seems like less maintenance vs. rolled steel, but they encourage you to not use metal tools. So there is a trade off. Some of the armour surface seems to be coming off. Backlight on knobs aren't all working, and one of the burners takes about 3-5 trials to light up every time. Pitboss must be so short staffed, they have been unresponsive to my questions.

Griddle is great, bestbuy delivery was seamless with no issues. There was some minor damage on the outside panels but I decided it wasn't worth the time to return and reordering of a unit and worked with what I had. I do wish pitboss would have added some LED's to the outside of the griddle and a better mounting mechanism for the side tables. The side tables feel flimsy when putting up and taking them down. They were annoying to install, easy but annoying. The pull out trash thing is odd and also flimsy, could have been designed better. Use and cleanup: The griddle use is super easy nothing is sticking and the ceramic top is fantastic for cleanup.

Excellent value well made bbq. Looks great with large flattop for cooking.
