I would give this product a “0” star rating if that was available. Midway through watching one of the DVDs the audio became muted and a popup window appeared with Cinavia Message Code 3. I looked this up to find out what it meant. This is what I learned: “Cinavia Message Code 3 indicates that the audio of a movie or TV show is muted because the player detected a protected, unauthorized copy. This usually occurs when playing files or burned discs on Blu-ray players, PS3/PS4, or home theater systems, often affecting the audio track while video continues.” So Best Buy, through third party seller GRUV, sold me a bootleg DVD. They did refund my money, although I am still without a working copy of the DVD
