The chase cards are beautiful, however the pull rate to get anything of value is horrible. If you just love Pokemon and love to collect the cards definitely worth buying. I received my item in perfect condition!!

Nice box to store cards and even got a couple of good pulls out of it. I know this is moreso intended for the TCG as a whole, but personally I would've liked to see more booster packs instead of a pack of energy cards and whatnot, but that's more of a me problem, I just like getting cool cards. If you able to get lucky and beat the scalpers to one, it's definitely worth it.

Purchased this at midnight on release date and I must say, the wait was worth it! Upon opening the box it had a great presentation, accessories, and overall packs were 10/10. As a returning collector this was such a great set to start again with, although it is tough to get cards now a days.. Best buy has always come through and offered to give everyone a chance! Highly recommend this product for all ages/collectors and players.

This item could not be delivered by UPS after it was stolen/damaged by either the Best Buy distribution center in Stuart, Florida or the UPS Center in either Orlando/Daytona Beach, Florida. When I spoke to Best Buy customer service to remedy the situation, I was told by both the representative and the supervisor that nothing can be done. Instead of fixing this issue, Best Buy decided that I would only receive a refund and hope to purchase this item when it becomes available again. As everyone is aware to include the Best Buy warning saying "high volume item", I doubt I can just reorder this. I have wasted my time as a valuable customer for over 25 years. I would not TRUST any shipment from Best Buy going forward unless a member at Best Buy would reach out to me and remedy this with my own solution I told the representatives. That solution: do not cancel my order, and when stock becomes available, re-ship me the product I paid for. Instead, Best Buy wants me to do the leg work but I will never know the truth of what happened. At the end of the conversation (which lasted 1+ hours), I was told that an expert team may do that but it may not be guaranteed. That means "no". This shameful consumer purchase will be reported to both the BBB and the CFPB for unfair/deceptive consumer practices. I am close to filing a local police report in Daytona Beach as this item was most likely NOT damaged, but pilfered in hopes to obtain the items inside. This is a disgraceful by either Best Buy and UPS for the transport of the item, and for Best Buy to ignore my issue with "best of luck". Until then, no more purchases or recommendations for Best Buy.
