I am writing to provide feedback on my recent purchase. On the positive side, the product appears to be authentic and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. The item was loose inside the box and clearly shifted during transit; I recommend using tighter packaging in the future to prevent potential damage. Additionally, I noticed that the price is higher than that of most other retailers. I chose to purchase from you specifically to take advantage of the 12-month financing available through my Best Buy card. Had I had the full amount upfront, I would have purchased elsewhere due to the price being much higher than other sellers. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.
