The portable mini compact twintub washing and drying machine is just wonderful. By mere looking at it ,you won't believe the efficiency of this product. I am just a grateful, that i got it. It serves me so well. I call it small but mighty . I will definitely recommend it to a friend.

Works great. It leakes from the top seam if i fill it with a full load because they didnt screw it together right. Other than that it does the job well.

Its great if you're on a budget or as a temporary washer, just make sure you have a system for drying becausing it'll only wick water away to the point its damp so get ready to hang dry

Very happy with it. I watched YouTube videos on how to use it. It's easy to use, and I don't have to go to the laundromat so often. Great price, and a good item.

Really washes the clothes! The dryer small and you will have to spin that side multiple times to get it clothes even close to being dry. However, I also bought a hanger to put closthes on that just needed a little "air"to get dry.

1 arrived broken, like the other review said the agitator doesn't work. 2 tried contacting the seller and got yanked around over email for two weeks until the window to return had closed despite me starting the process to return the item weeks before the last day of the return window. 3. I realize this is a third party seller that Best Buy is merely hosting on their site but the fact they take no responsibility nor offer assistance to customers when it comes to third party sellers means I won't be purchasing from them again and I will tell all my friends and family not to either. What's the point of using best buy if this is the result? Down 149 dollars and still in need of a washing machine. The fact I could have taken the same gamble on amazon and AT LEAST had the benefit of a better return policy just tells me Best Buy wants to be like Amazon but doesn't want to actually deal with what all that would mean. I'm so irreparably disappointed in this company.

I loveeee this little life saver definitely gets the job done almost better then the actual machine.

Just opened it and set it up. I doesn't agitate. The timers click, cick away but that's it. Waste of time and money.
