I bought this controller in-store at Best Buy specifically for playing Smash Ultimate on my Nintendo Switch, and it’s been an amazing experience! The GameCube-style design feels nostalgic and incredibly comfortable, especially for long gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive, and the wireless connection is seamless, with no noticeable lag. The build quality is excellent, and the layout is perfect for executing combos in Smash. It’s lightweight, yet durable, and the battery life has been great so far. Setting it up was super easy, and it synced with my Switch without any issues. The in-store experience at Best Buy was smooth. The staff was helpful, and I was able to get this controller at a great price. Highly recommend this to any Smash Ultimate player or anyone who loves the classic GameCube controller design!

Super fun controller to play any game with, but especially have enjoyed playing super mario sunshine with a controller that feels like the original! I had trouble with playing the game with the switch joycons and have enjoyed it a lot more with the older style feeling controller! Haven't noticed much input lag or delay.

Feels exactly like the original GameCube controllers, just a little bit lighter. No lagging at all and very comfortable to hold. Highly recommend.

Just brings me back to Octarina of time and the memories on my very first personal console. In love all over again. 10/10!

This controller is a great throwback for GameCube fans. It’s lightweight, wireless, and has solid battery life. The Toad design is also fun bonus! Overall, a fun and functional choice for casual to mid-level play and it very comfortable to hold!

Decent controller for budget. The L and R buttons are digital so it makes it impossible to do certain actions if you're looking to play an actual GameCube game. Problems that i did notice is that the Left Stick is starting to develop scratches against the wall of the controller and when i first connected it it seemed to have a ton of input lag. However that disappeared after a while, probably because of proximity. It feels decently solid but probably shouldn't be dropped too much.

This controller works amazing! It gives me the nostalgia feel of playing my GameCube but works wonderful for all my switch games. I also love its light weight in my hands and it runs on 2 batteries. I would get another one and would recommend!

This controller is awesome if you’re into classic Nintendo games. The Toad design looks cool, it feels good to use, and it works great for games like Smash Bros. It doesn’t have rumble, but it’s wireless and lasts for a good time on batteries. Overall, it’s a fun and affordable controller.

This controller is exactly what you'd want from a modern day GameCube controller. It has all the updated buttons for the Switch, replicates the exact feeling of the OG GameCube controller and doesn't add any extra bulk for the batteries (as it is wireless!). However, the big catch with this controller is that it has absolutely no vibration/rumble. It definitely is a shame as this is a great feeling controller, but it definitely feels weird to play Paper Mario without any vibration. If vibration isn't a big deal for you, then you won't be disappointed.

Went into this product really needing a wireless controller for Smash bros and it did not disappoint. Honestly did feel slightly smaller than the traditional GameCube controller but that did not hinder my performance at all. Another point of interest was the weight. Super light without rumble and I cannot complain, especially with the low latnecy when using no wire. Would buy again.

Works perfectly with the Switch 2. I was worried that it used AA batteries instead of being rechargeable but it's lasted way beyond the 30 hours advertised so I'm happy. Personally, I wouldn't use it for Melee, but it's perfect for every other game.

What you want to do it does. Played video games, but tbh for some Mario party games (not the controller's fault), maybe use a standard or pro switch controller because Mario Party doesn't support the GameCube button layout so if you gonna play MP games dont use this lol other than that its great.
