[Employee of bestbuy] Love this controller. I've noticed that the 2.4ghz wireless adapter occasionally loses connection, although it could be due to a lot of interference with my other electronics. I bought it for PC. Haven't tested the Bluetooth so I cannot comment on that. Really enjoy the fact that the included cable is over 6'. Overall it is a great controller with options on connections.

Ive used this controller a lot for the last couple of weeks that i have owned it and i love it! Haven't tried Bluetooth, only wireless 2.4ghz and plugged in and it works flawlessly with my widows 11 pc. Xbox gamebar also works with this controller. Im not to fond of the software, it isn't bad but is very basic. If i had a nitpick it would be i wish the turbo button was located somewhere else. Honestly I'd buy this again in a heartbeat. LOVE THE CONTROLLER

This controller is amazing for value this is it..the controller feels good comes with a charging pud which is so minimal and does not take up no space the only thing why i gave it 4 stars is because the app does not work for me so i could not customize it

My only complaint was the reason for returning. The software at the time would not let me bind the extra paddles/buttons to my liking. That's it. All the buttons felt great, joysticks and d pad as well felt great. Not sure if the software has improved since then. It may work for you, I should mention I have somewhat big hands and the controller was comfy and I had no issues reaching any of the buttons/paddles.

It's everything i want in a controller. But you're not gonna get one without some sort of defect. At this point, i'm willing to believe they're all bad. I'm on the fourth unit in 3 days and after so many exchange attempts i'm ready to return it permanently after so many out of the box issues. 1st: Left bumper got permanently stuck 2nd: Right stick wouldn't register a left/down diagonal, but only each seperately 3rd: 2 part issues - Refused to register through its own dongle AND refused to register through its own cable. 4th: D-Pad up does not function as a mechanical key (they're all advetised as mechanical) and -surprise- also doesn't function on any application when pressed.

[Employee of bestbuy] This controller has a great weight to it not too heavy not too light, the adjustable right stick is great so i dont have to interchange the thumbsticks ever, holo effect thumbsticks at this price is great, tactile buttons, 4 mappable back buttons and two on top, and the trigger stoppers work great. Comes with a charging station that you can leave the usb dongle in so you dont have to take up 2 usb ports in your pc which is great. I personally like buttons on the back of my controller instead of paddles because ive had paddles break on me with the series 2 elite controller, overall probably the best controller at its price right now.

Good controller can not get the blue tooth feature to work however works good with a hard line though

The controller functions very well when plugged in via USB, but it doesn't like to connect via Bluetooth.

Good in the sense that it was the button layout is good, but the joysticks break fast.

Honestly this was an awesome find for me. I already have a wired controller by the same company so I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found this one. Full disclosure, I did find it discounted because someone took the charging cable for it. All the buttons feel amazing with a very satisfying click and the joysticks feel super smooth. It immediately because my go to controller for playing games on my PC. I highly recommend it.

The hardware itself is great, I haven't had any issues with the controller, dongle, or dock. the software on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the software does not recognize the controller or the software stays in a load loop in which you can make no changes. the buttons feel great and programming it even without using software is easy.

For $100 this is an awesome alternative to the more expensive controllers. The mouse click buttons are awesome and I like the macros.

I love this controller. I feel that instruction should be explained better in written form. Overall great product. Little expensive.

This is seriously the best pc controller ive used. The only problem i have is i cane from a Playstation controller with symmetrical sticks, abd that took some getting used to. Zero lag with the 2.4ghz connection.

Controller is fine. But thats about it. The App didn't seem to want to connect well, and then mine would never fully charge so I had to return it.

There is a delay when using wireless, so you can only play with the cable plugged in.

Great controller. Feels a little smaller than a ps5 controller. Great quality.
