Nice concept but I question the longevity of the ring. I have had it for three weeks and wear it every day. Just with normal wearing the ring is no longer round but it has become a little oblong. I’ll be 70 years old this year so I’m not engaged in work that would cause the ring to no longer be round.

Exactly as described. Performs well, definitely holds a good charge for multiple days I generally take it off when I shower and stick in charger never worry about it losing it charge. Only downside is it is a little thick men.

This ring is cheaper than an Oura Ring and works just like it. The app does not have a subscription fee. It works perfectly fine and tells you everything you need to know.

It holds a charge for a good amount of time. I like the sleep tracking. The ring sometimes disconnects from the app requiring to login and connect the ring again. Overall, it has been good at tracking sleep and activity. I like that there is no monthly subscription fee.
