    Easy install/clean

Easy to install onto the meta, and easy to clean after working out with it on. Alot more breathable than the original piece. Only downside but not enough to change stars is it just feels more fragile because of the lightness.

    Much needed for Quest

Totally needed, lens does not fog up and display stays clear. Worth it

    Much more comfortable

It made my headset so much more comfortable to use and didn't hug my face as tight as the original interface does.

    Actually comfy!

I bought this because the stupid original foam was garbage, and this replaced all of my issues. It's comfortable and actually allows for air; it obviously lets in more light because of that, but I don't really mind and kind of prefer it to being boxed in.

    The best for vr?

The Meta Quest 3S silicone facial pad is really great for people who play for a long time or get sweaty when they use virtual reality. This pad has lots of holes in it which helps the air move around between your face and the Meta Quest 3S headset. This means you do not get as hot or sweaty as you would with the foam pad. The silicone pad is also very soft and it bends easily. It fits your face nicely and does not push on your skin in uncomfortable ways. This makes playing games on the Meta Quest 3S, for a time much more comfortable. Another big advantage is hygiene: since silicone doesn’t absorb sweat, it’s very easy to clean and dries instantly, which is perfect for fitness games or sharing the headset with others. Overall, it greatly improves comfort, freshness, and cleanliness, making it a highly recommended accessory for Meta Quest 3S users who want a cooler and more enjoyable VR experience.

Questions & Answers

  • What is the recommended method of cleaning the facial interface? Can it be thrown into a washing machine to clean?

Hello! Thanks for your comment. You can certainly clean the facial interface but we do NOT advise you to put into a washing machine. Some recommended steps > Use a dry microfibre cloth after each use. > Do not use chemical cleansers/alcohol. > For additional cleaning, you can slightly dampen the corner of the microfibre cloth to remove surface debris. Avoid getting any moisture onto your device. For the facial interface specifically > For additional cleaning, remove the component(s) from the headset and hand wash with cool water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue. Do not submerge. Allow to air dry fully before reinstalling. This would be most of the steps but if you visit the Meta homepage and pop 'Product Care' into the search bar you will find our official webpage with further info! Hope this helps and we look forward to seeing you in the Metaverse.
