I'm using this with a Gopro Hero 9 (w/ media mod), and works well for what I'm using it for. Clear sound, good wind screens, Long lasting battery/fast charging, BUT... when I edit the footage/sound, it seems to ONLY record audio in MONO. I've tried merging audio on the device and software, but still only get most audio out of left ear. Of course I can EASILY fix it in the editing software by duplicating the track and have separate Left and Right channels. Not sure if its because I got the version that only comes with one Mic? (I only needed one receiver and mic) very EZ fix, and still worth the hassle since it sounds really good.

This microphone system works wonders. Easy to set up and the quality is great. Adding a lapel mic would be a great addition (because the rode mic is a bit big for a collar) but it isn’t a necessity.

Good product! Quick and easy to setup and use. Internal mic is not the best but it does get the job done.

Good product, only down side is the battery charging speed is too slow. it takes 1 hour to charge up to 80% sometimes you really need to use it, this would he a dealbreaker.

I’ve used this over 20 times since I’ve purchased it recently. It’s pretty user friendly and does what I need it to. The battery life has been pretty good, lasts for over an hour or two easily while turned and left on during recording. Works well with all devices I’ve applied it to. I prefer to use it in combo with a lav. I wish it had magnets like the DJI does , that way we can clip it on alternatives spots that are a little less noticeable. The shape causes it to stand out when used without a lav, but you can clip it with the bigger portion in your shirt and just the clip showing on the outside of your collar to avoid that issue without a lav. Quality of sound is great, and can adjust accordingly. Test different db settings to get the perfect amount of pickup you need.

I would love to be able to use three receivers with one transmitter my setup includes 3 cameras usually and they are as follows; a main camera(A) the one I have my go wireless ii hooked to an overhead camera(B) typically my iPhone and a closeup(C) camera DJI Osmo Pocket 3 it is very frustrating in post trying to synchronize the audio across all these devices. You literally have to edit each clip with the audio from the main camera 3 different times. It is nice that at least with the Osmo Pocket 3 i know i will have good audio cause usually that camera is close to where im working and it came with a mic so thats no issue but still would be nice if you could connect at least 2 receivers to one transmitter that way you dont have to wear multiple mics/transmitters and when you get to the edit all your audio would be there perfectly synchronized and ready to edit. Maybe i just dont know how to sufficiently edit yet but theres gotta be a better option. Other than this issue this mic is great long battery life, excellent range, and ease of use is 10/10. Highly recommend gotta take two stars off though because multicam production in post sucks!

I purchased these about three years ago, they have always worked perfectly, and gave me great distance, a couple weeks ago I dropped them and the clip broke off the back which made them just about useless.(pic enclosed) I contacted RODE and explain everything not really expecting much, they asked for a copy of the receipt, (thank you, Best Buy) my name, address, phone number, etc. and gave me an address to send them in. I sent them in and within five days I just got a tracking number yesterday and an email saying they repaired them. They did not charge me shipping other than to ship it to them at my cost but they paid for parts and labor replacing the clips and shipping it back to me. Excellent company.

I'm pretty new to this recording stuff, and I recently picked up the Rode Wireless Go II to record audio for some short work clips. Here's my first impression: The good news is that it records GREAT sound. Even for a beginner like me, the audio quality is a real winner. You get clear and crisp sound. But here's the deal: setting it up can be a bit tricky, especially if you're new to this. The instructions are a bit confusing, and it took me a few tries to pair everything up properly to record automatically. Once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing, and the range is good. So, if you're willing to put in a little effort upfront and watch a lot of online tutorials, it's a solid choice, but it's not exactly plug-and-play.

I've been using the RODE Wireless GO II Single for over a year now and it has become an essential part of my content creation kit. The audio quality is clean and clear, the range is impressive, and the onboard recording feature has saved me multiple times when I had signal interference. Setup is fast and intuitive — just clip on the transmitter and you're good to go. It works great with my camera, laptop, and even my phone with the right adapter. The size is incredibly compact without sacrificing performance. Totally worth the price for any vlogger, filmmaker, or presenter.

It Took me a bit of learning to get it right but holy cow I have never had a wireless mic this crisp and quality sounding. The fact that this mic comes with so many adaption options and has so many diffrrent use case scenarios makes this the best wireless Mic Ive ever bought! Setting it up was simple but learning how to use it for my particular use case took a little but was so totally worth it. Battery life is spectacular for how small it is and the fact that it I wanted to add another Rode Wireless mic to sync up with the transmitter is awesome! 10/10!

The audio quality is great, but I found the case to be cumbersome and the UI was not as good as the DJI version. Overall a good option, just like the DJI better.
