Replacing older Ring Video 2 w/wired Video Doorbell 2k Plus. EXCELLENT Upgrade for the best price. We didn't need all the "extra" features of the Pro model. Worth it!

Product works fine as expected. Should have installation Manu in package. Download from website had mismatch, cause Mimi chime blow out. It's best to have the wired Doorbell directly to the wall, the hook type base on a soft surface bent, adding some difficulty to mount the doorbell.

I had the Ring Doorbell installed two weeks ago. I am enjoying the ability to see when packages are delivered and when someone approaches my door. The techs were terrific and they completed the job quickly.

This wired bell is great. Much better the the battery bells from ring because you don’t have to worry about recharging
