I've been using the Roborock Wet and Dry Vacuum for a while now, and I'm genuinely impressed. It's powerful, easy to use, and makes cleaning feel effortless. The suction is strong, the mopping features leaves my floor spotless, and I love how smoothly it moves around furniture. The self-cleaning feature is a huge bonus - it keeps the machine fresh without any hassle. It also dries quickly and doesn't leave streaks, which is something I struggled with in the past vacuums.

This machine is pretty awesome. It's very powerful for battery operation, cleans well and is easy to maintain. It really does allow for quick cleaning of lots of hard wood floors in our house.

Amazing mop. Having the liquids on the head of the mop makes it easier to hold and operate. Self cleaning is an amazing feature. Overall great for people who need and want to quickly clean their floors.

This is probably my favorite household tool. I have purchased in a long time! We just got a puppy so there are accidents to clean up and this makes me feel great about disinfecting and removing odors. The additional vacuum feature is amazing! I don’t love cleaning out the receptacle, but I was already handling cleaning this up anyway. So it’s a much better alternative. And it is so easy to maneuver around furniture and corners and under cabinets.

This is a decent mopping robot, but it uses so little water for mopping that it really concerned me. In addition, I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the voice assistant, which was extremely annoying. I ended up switching to a different brand after reading that it cleans better, uses more water, and washes the mop pads more frequently.

Amazing wet dry back that I use around my apartment on a daily basis to clean messes or just upkeep the house floors. Works well and was rated one of the best mob backs and I don’t regret my purchase.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Roborock I purchased a Roborock wet vac on June 19, 2025, for $282, and it completely malfunctioned and stopped working by October 4, 2025. That’s just 104 days of use before it died. The unit began spewing cleaner everywhere and making an extremely high-pitched screeching noise, like the motor was about to explode. I contacted Roborock directly, sent them proof and videos, and was told I’d need to ship the vacuum to one of their repair centers (possibly overseas). They expect customers to find and pay for their own packaging/shipping for a clearly defective product, and offer no clear timeline for when or if the unit will be returned. When I asked for a temporary replacement, they refused. So at this point, I’m out nearly $300, with no working vacuum, and only a vague promise that “they’ll try to fix it.” For a brand with such glowing reviews, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. Bottom line: Roborock’s warranty process is slow, unhelpful, and leaves customers footing the bill for their own defective products. If you’re considering buying from this company — don’t. Save your money and your sanity. Roborock = Overpriced, unreliable, and zero customer care.
