Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners [DVD] [2009]

I am new to yoga and got a very good workout using this DVD. It was easy to go back and review positions I was having difficulty mastering. The music in the background was very relaxing.....now if I can just get my dog to stop licking me on my face while I am on the floor.

I have never attempted yoga in my life and it was easy with this DVD, I felt more flexible after 2 weeks. Though I still can't do everything 100% I am still more flexible.

I'm totally new to yoga, although very informative, it's too busy for a beginner like me. The instructors go from position to position or stance without much time to follow even after viewing several times. Maybe it's just me and yoga isn't for me. :/

This is only my 2nd yoga dvd. I like this one a lot. The beginner lesson is really quite easy, so if you're just trying to learn a few positions and stretch out, it's nice. The other beginner video I have seems to be entirely downward facing dog which gets a bit old.
