I've really had a lot of fun with this game. I have not played any other game in the series, but I enjoyed it's unusual mechanics with king succession and skills. Great fast travel system and flexibility as to who to play with.

If you’re into those old school ps1 jrpgs then this game will be right up your alley. Interesting story, the graphics and performance are great on PS5, and deep jrpg mechanics will keep you invested from the start. You can tell Square-Enix focused on releasing a quality remake of this classic.

Good remake on classic gaming graphics while not on par with most modern titles has story that differs from most turned base making it a refreshing breath of air
