I made an online order and Best Buy sent me a used case! When I opened the shipping envelope I noticed that the packaging was already open and that there was a sticker that had been removed from the front. When i opened the packaging there were fingerprints all over my "new" case. Not happy at all, I'll be calling as soon as they open.

Overall, I'm very happy with this case. I love that the cover is easy to use, attach, detach, and clean. The 2 kickstands on the back are different lengths allowing me to prop the phone at 2 different angles. They are, however, a bit flimsy in that they pop off if I lean the phone a bit too hard. They are easy to reattach, though. The case is comfortable in my hand and doesn't increase the size of the phone much at all. The sides have a nice, gripping, rubberized material, but the back of the case is slippery, so I have to be careful when setting it in an uneven surface or it quickly slides off what I've set it on. The case is sturdy and thin but is thick enough that the camera lenses on the back of the phone are recessed and protected when setting the phone on a flat surface. I recommend this case.

I always buy Samsung cases for their phones. The rugged style protects the phone and is designed by Samsung for the S20 Ultra. It has a built in stand on the back. Rubberized type of grip which surrounds the side and top of the phone which grios really well. The only negative is the back of the case is made of a shiny plastic which you need to wipe down occasionally from smudges.

Came across this on sale at BestBuy and decided to give it a try. It looks classy, resembling aluminum cases by a German brand. Of course this one is actually plastic with rubber-sided bumpers. It does add a bit of bulk compared to the Tech21 case I have, but it also offers better protection to the camera housing and does not feel much heavier. The built in split kickstands (for two viewing angles) are nice, although they seem quite easy to break if careless. I cannot recommended this Samsung case to those who are using a magnetic phone holder (such as most designed for vehicles). Otherwise the fit and finish is high end as one expects from Samsung and it works fine with wireless charging. The glossy finish does make fingerprints obvious.

This case does its job. It protects my phone without being bulky. It has two kickstands. They pop-off easily, but can be put back on just as easy. And you can charge your phone wireless. My only complaint is that I wish it came in more colors. Currently, it only comes in silver and black.
