Great design, good looking microwave. The microwave have the features that a microwave should have, no more no less and for that reason the price is reasonable. I have been using it for 1 month and works fine so far. The pre-program function doesn't have all the options that I want, like reheat pizza or rice. Other feature that I really like is the 4 speed fan and 400 CPM. No odors in the kitchen after cook.

We were looking for a microwave to replace the Kenmore we had had for years. Black is not the easiest color to find. The size is perfect. In fact, it’s a little smaller in depth than the Kenmore. The cost was reasonable; the installation was easy; and it’s not very loud when in use, So far this microwave is perfect.

Very nice microwave with the common features you use frequently and not the expense of things you never use. Installed it with the Samsung range underneath which is a nice package. I would recommend this for the 400 CFM vent fan, the great appearance, sufficient features and affordable price. Spend the savings on a counter depth refrigerator.

The installation was easy. I opted to install it myself but if you have no handyman skills hire someone to install it for you as it requires tools a regular tool kit won’t have, large dill bits, stud finder... As for the operation it works as advertised and looks great above the matching stove.

I didn’t want a convection microwave since I use a microwave solely to reheat meals and cook basics; vegetables and convenience food such as microwave pizza, boxed items etc. for the kids. This microwave meets all my needs so far, although I prefer not to use the sensor reheat because it seems strong. Overall a solid product. Have been using it for about a month. Interior wipes clean easily which is a plus. Clock and timer - easy to use. The add 30 seconds button is used daily. My husband had no problems in installing.

Great looking microwave. Looks good in our kitchen matches existing appliances. Controls are pretty intuitive and easy to use. Installation was pretty straightforward and instructions were easy-to-follow. Using it for 1 month now and everything has cooked perfectly.

Love the 400cfw,fan is powerful. Features are essential. Lights are great and bright. Buttons are easy to read but wish they all lite up. Size is great with shelf for extra food. Sensors for auto defrost is awesome. The price was fantastic and looks very clean.

Good looks and works great. We love the black stainless steel no fingerprints finish. The door closes a lot quieter than our old microwave. Samsung made a nice microwave when they made this model. It fit in the existing space above our stove where the old microwave was removed. The Geek Squad used the old bracket to mount the new unit. Much faster install and the old mounting bracket was mounted into solid wood studs. Overall we are happy and I would recommend this microwave.

The microwave looks amazing, and heats up very well. It has a lot of room inside for different meals that you will through at it. When you cook there is 4 settings for the suction pull, but suction is not as strong as i thought it would be. When we cook it suctions pretty horribly.

So quiet with nice features at a great price. Sampsung makes great appliances for the price.

Really like the sleek look and black inside. Only downfall is if you are using timer for something you can't use microwave unless you turn timer off and restart after starting microwave. I generally use microwave for reheating but it's sensor works well for baked potatoes so far all I have done.

Love Samsung products, they never disappointe, the appliances are great price and hold up to family use.

Needed an appliance package and had in stock for 2 day delivery. Just what i was looking for and when it showed up it was better than expected. Easy to hook up, Easy to install and Works and looks perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Great job best buy.

This was my first microwave over the range perfect , For the price and size .

This microwave is great! Has plenty of settings to cook anything you can think. We use the vegetables cook button and cooks everything perfect. I don't know how it knows but any type of vegetable and it is good. Seems to cook quickly and evenly.

Love this micro, but only gave it 4 stars because you really need to push the buttons. The rest of my Samsung appliances activate with a soft touch, but with this micro I have to give it an ape like push. Other than that, the sensors to warm food are great, and the easy access to the fan filter is a nifty design.

Looks good , works good. Lacks some of the high end cooking features , but my last unit had them and I never used them. Vent fan is a bit loud , but overall I'm very happy with it. Especially since it was on sale!

This microwave only has two problems the light need to be a little brighter and the intake fan does seems to completely cover the stove only the front working area of the stove

This Samsung Microwave is the BEST MICROWAVE I EVER PURCHASED. pros. every option and more you will ever need, the most powerful exhaust I ever saw or used, with a charcoal filter to eliminate odors, The quietest microwave ever. Cons. If you do not have an existing fan ductwork, you need to manually turn the exhaust motor/fan in the microwave 3 screws rotate and you are all set to install.

Bought this one to replace broken Kenmore. The installation process was as expected, nothing unique. Took about 1 hour. Cons: heating uneven. Touch pad have to be pressed hard to respond at times, vent too noisy. Don't know if this one is defective. I'm planning to return for a different brand.
