We've had our new Samsung frig for a few weeks now and I have no complaints at all--it's perfect! My favorite part is that it's counter depth and doesn't stick out. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is true to it's word and it runs incredibly quietly. I was concerned that going from over 25 cu. ft. to 22.6 cu. ft. I would miss the space, but I don't. There's plenty of room in both the frig and freezer sections; though the area near the dispenser panel inside the door is wonky. Aside from those airline mini booze bottles, not sure what else would fit? I'm the third one in my family to buy a Samsung and no one has anything negative to say. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is looking for a counter-depth model.

Cannot say enough good things about our new counter-depth refrigerator. Both the fridge and the freezer compartments are roomy, much roomier than we expected! Also it is beautiful looking inside and outside. The stainless steel is of a higher quality than our other stainless steel appliances. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this Samsung counter-top refrigerator.

We love our new fridge. Like the fact some of the shelves flip up to give room when you have taller items or go back down if you don’t. Also love the door alarm if you don’t get the door shut. Only thing I wasn’t real thrilled about was you have to download the Samsung app to make a temperature adjustment.

Very spacious refrigerator and freezer. Love the water and ice dispenser. Beautiful color with no fingerprint markings.

The item was just as expected no problems at all . The delivery however was horrible. We bought a refrigerator, which we could of bought for same price anywhere else. We chose best buy because of past experiences with delivery and setup, this time they delivered refrigerator never removed packing materials, never demonstrated operations, never hooked up ice maker which we payed for. We payed for relocation of existing fridge and they moved it out to front sidewalk, when brought to there attention they said we would have to pay another relocation fee ( 25.00). Even though corporate best buy gave us a 25.00 gift card as a refund for the relocation fee the store never refunded money for relocation. We did however receive a refund for ice machine hook up. I am fortunate because I am capable of hooking up ice maker and moving old fridge, but others may not be. This was a disaster .
