My husband and I have been looking at this fridge for "2" years (he doesn't like to rush into anything) and I have to say, with all the research we've done, looked at all specifications, spoken with friends and family about their fridge, what they liked and didn't like, I was thrilled when we FINALLY purchased this fridge. It keeps the food perfectly chilled, I love how the drawers for the veggies are right at my fingertips. Ice, there's tons of it. TONS of space in the freezer and the style is wonderful. My only concern were the fingerprints but when you use "Barkeepers Friend" as a cleanser, it's amazing! Many don't realize that when the film is peeled away, there is still residue on the fridge and noting will take it off, this is why there are fingerprints, but when you use "Barkeepers Friend", the fridge just sparkles! You can actually see the grain in the stainless steel, absolutely amazing! So besides the fridge being energy efficient, large inside, (love the blue lights) great size freezer and now sparkly from "Barkeepers Friend" it is everything we thought it was going to be. It may have taken us 2 years to purchase this fridge, but all the reviews, research and hours of comparison was worth it. I would recommend Samsung to everyone.

I initially purchased my refrigerator in June 2016, by September 2016 I noticed water under the Cool Select Pantry Tray. Apparently, water had built up over weeks. Although, I think the refrigerator is nice overall, I'm highly disappointed that Samsung would select just a horrible repair center (Nisi) for the Houston area. They were unresponsive and was never able to accommodate me with a date for repair. Months later I was able to get BestBuy's Geek Squad to come out for repair. It turned out that the water was leaking from the inside wall of the fridge which was unrepairable. Has anyone else had this problem?? I know have my second replacement as of February 2017 and it seems to be working fine. (yes, I dealt with cleaning water weekly due to the issues with the local repair center). The amount of water accumulated over a weeks time was about two large bowls. Yikes! I was not able to find any similar issues with this model, so I opted to receive the same model as my replacement. I can only hope that this was a one off issue.

My wife and I couldn't be happier about purchasing this fridge. It runs super quiet, has plenty of space to store anything we want, and it looks great. At first we though we wouldn't use half the features it came with, but now we use every one of them. I'm not going to go into detail because this is a review, but the ones that stand out for me are being able to adjust the temperature and the water filter couldn't be any easier to replace. The fridge has become known as the "Sexy A** Fridge" among our friends and is differently the focal point in our kitchen.

Bought this fridge about a month ago to replace a nearly 20 year old Kenmore. This one looks great, interior lighting makes it easy to find all food items, seems roomy and, although the noises it makes are very peculiar compared to what we were used to, it is way quieter than our previous fridge. My only criticism is that the "CoolSelect Pantry" drawer- a wide drawer used for fruits & vegetables, etc. requires BOTH doors of the refrigerator to be open. So if you want to just grab an apple, you need to open the entire fridge just to open the drawer. Not that big a deal and it is really the only criticism I have about it. This model Samsung fridge is also the only one that we found that had doors magnets could stick to. As I still have kids that like to look at alphabet letters, etc., this was a plus. Generally very happy with this fridge.

Everything about it works great, ice and water does not go everywhere when dispenses, ice a tad slow, water fast and even seems cold. I can see everything at a glance, plenty of room. Like the freezer in bottom. A++ so far, have had it only about 3 wks. Ask me again in a few yrs.

We have had numerous issues with this fridge. The water leaks under the deli tray, temperatures are not controlled & are not correct on the outside display verses inside, the ice maker keeps freezing over and now doesn't work, and we also have no water because the line is frozen. Samsung has no techs in the area, and will only offer partial refunds. Their customer service is awful, do not buy anything from Samsung. There is a group with over 40,000 people having the same issues, they will not recall the products. There is news reports on this fridge, the hassles people are having. This fridge should last more than 4 years!!!

Owned 1yr 7 months and ice maker froze up. Book says have to unplug fridge to defrost. Now I have to buy a chest freezer to put food into so it won't spoil. Not happy. :(

Had this fridge delivered today by Geek Squad. Delivery was smooth and they moved my old fridge to the garage perfectly. The fridge is beautiful. Love the sliding shelf option for taller items. The space is amazing, I enjoyed organizing my food. Ice and water are great. Cooled super fast. Was able to move food into it within 2 hrs. Have only had it one day, but so far I would recommend. Looking forward to this one!

So far, I am impressed with this fridge. Seems to be a solid "basic" option, from today's modern age of quality. Doesn't have all of the "bells and whistles", but definitely works well for everyday use. Only concern I have is the touch sensor for selecting different options on the built-in water/ice dispenser. There seems to be a delayed relay after selecting the ice (cubes or crushed) until the dispenser releases ice. Unless you wait a couple of seconds, which isn't a huge problem for most folks, the dispenser will dump water to your cup/glass. Overall, I like this refrigerator a lot, and would certainly recommend it to a friend. Not to mention, it looks good from a visual prospective!

great space within, love the adjustable shelves, ice & water maker work well. Only complaint is the depth of the door shelves on the ice maker side are too narrow for pretty much everything so that’s a waste. But I’d buy it again!

This French Door model operates very quite compared to the 17 year old Kenmore it replaced. It seems that it runs less and does keep everything cold and the freezer is fast on freezing food. Two items could be improved on; You can not visually see how much ice is in reserve and the water / ice dispenser in the door should have a drain.

in less than 2 years 2 door shelves have broken im down 1 and the ice machine freezes and stops working so i have to clean and chip away the ice that builds up in order for it to start working again, also pretty noise

Love our fridge, keeps veggies and fruit fresh and crispy! Love the shelves that fold up for more room for larger objects, without having to rearrange everything.

I love the new stainless black appliances. This refrigerator is perfect for us. It makes ice quickly and is very spacious in the upper part and the freezer. So far we are really happy with this purchase.

We have enjoyed our new Samsung refrigerator! At first I was concerned about stainless steel and how difficult it would be to keep clean, but fortunately it's been easy enough. We love the space and look of it. Can't be happier!!!

Amazing fridge, it’s my first one with the water/ice/crushed ice options in the door. Does a great job keeping up with ice making, large space for all your needs in the fridge, and two large drawers for the freezer compartment. I swear the crispers actually prolong the life of the more delicate food items I purchase, whereas my old fridge it really didn’t matter at all where you put anything as it all went bad pretty quickly. Very happy with this model! But as with everything, GET THE WARRANTY!! Peace of mind knowing that even if one of our many power surges knocks it out we are 100% covered!

I have always wanted an ice maker and this has it and lots of space for everything else. Love the dark color that doesn't show fingerprints.

Works exactly as described. The water tastes better than my faucets, the ice is continent, and there is plenty of space for all my storage. If I had to complain about anything it would be the limited space around the ice dispenser. However, I happily traded it for the convenience of fresh cooled water and ice.
