Love it my clothes be so fresh and clean. My new toys. No more out side laundry!

It's a decent unit and fits nicely in a small space. The settings on it are all good even though the "AI" is just the typical settings on any machine so it's mostly just buzzwords. The washer is really good and can get stuff done pretty quickly. The different options on it also work well and it's been nice connecting it to Smart Things so I have a timer on my phone. My main issues with it are the dryer. The moisture sensors are incredibly sensitive so I have loads go from 1 hour down to 1 minute after about 15 minutes of use because of: part of the load being dry and hitting the sensor; dryer sheets; or buildup on the sensor. I also have been getting the issue of the machine getting stuck at 1 minute at the end of timed dry despite cleaning the sensors, clearing out the lint trap, and having had a new vent hose installed when the machine went in. The professional vent cleaner I have come by said if it continues to run and run, it's likely buildup or something on the sensors. These all seem to be common issues with Samsung dryers which I only found out after buying this. It's also basically impossible to move from an overflow pan if you're using this in something like a second floor (or higher) apartment or condo. In order to do anything, it'd take maybe 2 people to pull free from the overflow pan and the tight spot it's in in my condo. Not really sure how they expect anyone to move this to do any kind of maintenance but there isn't really another way to build these things! It works better than my old top loader stacked unit but the dryer is incredibly frustrating to deal with - and I've only been using it for about 3 weeks. If I didn't have to have a stacked unit like this, I'd have gone with a normal set but, alas, I cannot. It's a decent machine but you're going to want to be on a ground floor, have space to move it, and may deal with the frustrations of the dryer. Hopefully this doesn't become an issue that requires me to get it fixed!

I absolutely love the space saving I get from the stacked unit! It has taken some getting used to a front loading washing machine but so far so good. Just have to keep up with the tub washing cycles when the “smart alert “ sends a notification that it’s time. Great feature! One little issue with the washing machine door you have to make sure you get it shut good or it will leak a tiny bit.

Simply love the ease of use, being able to connect my phone for various functions, including getting alerts when the washer or dryer is done! But the best bit for me is that the stacked unit fit in very nicely with my narrow laundry room, freeing up much needed space!

you must remove the shipping bolts from the rear panels and you must get a good level and balance the machine well. other wise the spin cycle will rip the machine apart and cause it to jump all over the place. with this machine being stacked tall. you must balance it or it could fall on you or someone you care about during a spin cycle.

This washer dryer combo has made laundry days more efficient. As a mother of 5 boys and a husband who works in construction I needed a unit that was able to get the dirtiest of clothes clean as well as be gentle on my soft items. This unit has over 10 different settings including steam cleans. I have not had to double wash with this unit. I am in love!! I don't have to worry if it gets the gunk out of their clothes I know it will. As a mother who works I do not have time to guess when time gets crunched. Trusted product. Samsung has done it again!!

Great stacked set of front loaders. These were replacements for my sister and brother in law. They are working great and fit the space in their house perfectly. There was an issue with delivery, but customer service took care of it quickly for us.

I bought in August and within the first 3 loads, the washing drum bounced as bad as the broken Washing Machine I was replacing. The replacement unit was defective and noticed when they went to bring it in off the truck. Then I was told it would be 3 months for a replacement.

You wont regret getting this washer and dryer combo. They work really well and look beautiful.

It’s a very nice looking washer/dryer. I haven’t had it long enough to know how it wears but so far I like it. I kind of miss buttons but I’m sure I will get use to the digital display.

They are working great! Hope they work long enough for us to learn all the features. It is a whole new world of electronics on appliances. We have gone Samsung throughout and like how they work, fit and look.

Excellent appliances! They work perfectly, the smart app was really hard to set up for iPhone but once done it’s amazing! Delivery guys were awesome!

I love the size of it, the sleek look of it. I went from side by side washer and dryer, but where we relocated the laundry room to required stackable. We are very happy with this appliance.

It makes doing laundry fun. It is smarter than I am. It knows when the load is light or heavy and adjusts the amount of water and time. It even lets me know when the wash id ready to dry by chirping.
