Finally a different color besides traditional whites. Moved to Samsung from a different brand after a lot of research. It was a right decision. Large capacity and modes can be customized as per your requirement. Less noise. Delivered and installed with care by Best-buy team.

I’ve had this Samsung washer for almost a year now, and I deeply regret purchasing it. From the very first wash, it started staining my clothes, and every single load since then has had the same problem. My clothes are now all covered in stains, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve already called for service twice, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. . I would definitely not recommend this washer to anyone. It’s been a total disappointment.

This is our second Samsung washer. Returned the other top loading one. This one is much more water and energy efficient. Connects to Samsung SmartThings phone app for remote control and notifications. Stackable, good capacity. So far it's working great and i recommend it.

This is a very nice-looking washing machine. It is very quiet, which I enjoy. Has enough settings. I like the delicate setting, especially for washing my dresses. Excellent washing machine. I recommend it.

I had to replace my previous Samsung Washer Machine due to a “barrel issue” and couldn’t be replaced as that model was discontinued . I’ve only had this newer model for a little over a month and so far the Machine works great. Haven’t had any issues.

Wonderful washer good for large family. Worth every penny spent on it.

Installation was great. On spin, the machine shook until it walked itself off the ledge it sits on in the garage. Hubby used his level, made sure each side was level. 3x's. Each time it relocated itself. Had to call and get a replacement. I have a Samsung microwave I bought through Fingerhut in 1987, when nobody knew Samsung. Even the lightbulb still works! I have a funny feeling mine is a lemon. I have faith the replacement will be fine. My Samsung dryer and 5 burner stove/oven, and that 37 year old microwave are proof they do make great products.

I wasn’t impressed at all they promised me a June 3 delivery it didn’t happen they called and asked if the 6 would work told them no and got a refund. Don’t schedule dates you can’t make your the one with the product it’s your responsibility to get it there when you promised. I’ve really never have had a good experience with Best Buy in getting things I buy and get them to me. I’m done with bestbuy.
