I've had this TV over 2 years now, it's absolutely marvelous. The art is fantastic and looks like a real art frame. For a reasonable fee, the Bestbuy Geek squad put everything up, hid my wires, and connected everything... very professional. Love my purchase! Would do it again!

This tv is amazing!! I am not easily impressed by smart TVs and technology in general but this tv blows me away!! Beautiful picture, great apps, easy setup. Needs improvement on their master remote integration with all apps. Universal smart remote and/or using a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard helps remedy the situation.

This perfect where you want something more than just a tv hanging on the wall. The art pictures are fantastic as well as TV picture. Don't understand the need for the excessively high price however.

Been enjoying this new TV from Samsung for a week. Excellent resolution with normal shows and movies over wifi Exfinity cable. Comes with Amazon app. have streamed 4K movie and it is outstandingly clear and sharp. Comes with YouTube app. and have watched many 4K productions with unbelievable results, almost like you are there live. When done for the evening hit the off button and the picture you select from a 100 possible pictures comes up and you have art work on your wall...very cool. I have also loaded some pictures I took and they look great. I had my camera set to 4:3 resolution so the picture does not fill the screen. I have changed my cameras res. to 16:9 so now the picture fills the screen. The remote is simple to use, well thought out. Had Geek install it which was a big help as far as setting up the TV, there are maybe 20 settings you will have to decide on what you want and the Geek people knew which were the best so it was breeze for me. I used a fiber optic to a Klipsch sound bar which is a very good match and everyone have raved about the sound and picture quality(((10 people total so far have seen this TV)) Because of 1. Picture quality, 2. ease of uses, 3. simple remote, 4. deep black, 5. upscaling results, (((watch golf with so clear view we could not believe the clarity))) 6. along with all the other features we have tried I give this TV a 5 rating...I don't give 5's out very often.

The 55 inch screen with the ability to have a simulated art piece shown when turned off is wonderful. My disappointment is the choice of additional frames. I have some lovely lithographs of castles but they are in wood frames and I am told as of yet you did not offer the tv frame in anything but metal. Would be a great improvement.

Great picture, wonderful colors, and love that it turns into a piece of art when the TV is off. The motion sensor is great, so art is displayed only when someone is in the room.

The tv itself works great. The only Issues was the bracket that came with the tv. The installers asked us to buy a better bracket. The other issue was that they said the cable that came with it was not in wall certified.

Grandkids (5 n 6 1/2) really love seeing the different pictures of themselves on the wall when they are at our house. Samsung really needs to work on the phone app though...very unreliable.

This TV has a great picture and looks amazing on the wall. I have had many people not realize it is a TV.

This is certainly the best investment I've made with any electronic purchase. No gap wall mounting is awesome and makes it really look like a picture frame hanging on your wall. If you are willing to spend a few more bucks, this is the way to go.

We purchased this TV a while ago however, it is excellent!!!! The quality of the picture and sound are outstanding. I really love that when the TV is off that it looks like art work hanging instead of a TV.

The Tv is good. Needs more info on how to adjust the photo brighnesss when in picture mode. I only figured it out by using the phone app which is a must.

We live this TV and are so glad we spent the extra money. The wife was not sold on a TV above mantle in kitchen but this is perfect. Picture and sound is remarkable when you do want to watch TV.

Great picture ! Sure beats looking at a blank box over the fire place.

Love it. Love the art mode so much. Love the quality of the picture. It’s great. And hanging completely flat against the wall makes it so much prettier

This is my favorite TV. It's beautiful both off and on. It's simply amazing and I love it.

This TV has great picture and sound (I don’t use a sound bar).

In a Dark room setting, this TV is immaculate. 10/10 would recommend. But in a bright room I cannot stand to look at it. Please consider when purchasing this TV

It looks great on the wall- using the flush mount that comes with the TV, hangs just like a picture frame with hardly noticeable connections. Very happy with the art mode. Picture quality is slightly less than the highest end TVs today (but maybe just a year or so behind- no big deal).
