I purchased this television for my main tv in my brand new home in Baton Rouge. The tech squad did an amazing job installing it and the sound bar above the fireplace mantel. I LOVE all the Samsung channels and I have 1Gig in and out streaming with my internet. The BEST feature is the one remote to handle everything and the 2nd best feature is the glare screen screen. I like my floor to ceiling windows and natural light so the glare free screen is a fantastic feature. The sound from the sound bar and quad speakers is unbelievable! I’m so happy with this purchase! I have never seen a picture this crisp and vibrant!

Purchased the 65' model. Good TV, but when I installed the TV Stand and placed on my entertainment center, it sits tilting back (Leaning back). I called both Samsung and Best Buy and neither can confirm if this was made by design. I will install on a wall mount to avoid this issue, but can anyone share if the TV was designed to sit tilted back on TV stand?

This is my 2nd 8k. I have a 2020 900series samsung 8k too. This one does not have the wide viewing angle feature and its got bad viewing angles. Picture quality really not much better just does 8k 60hz. I would not put this in my living room. Using it as game room 2nd tv mainly for pc. 8k 60hz, pretty good at 8k for desktop work but text has edges that you dont see this at 4k, how does this happen its bad for such an expensive tv. You get 4k at 240hz as a nice feature and text looks good. Stand is horrible, wobbles the tv like crazy! The one connect is something I despise but it is what it is. Would much rather have all inputs direclt on tv itself. Glare is pretty bad with rainbow effect. Best to have this tv mounted with no lights behind it if possible. The interface ia better than my 2020 and 2023 samsung but overal I despise it. I dont need any smart features and want a simple offline tv that allows me to adjust the settings and configure quickly and i want buttons customizeable. Give me the ability to press a button and turn on/off power saving. Bottom line is for watching stuff on pc and my 4k blu ray the picture quality is a step down from OLED but sill elite enough for me. And overall the upscale is something I absolutley notice and love. Gaming in 8k is nice too but oled at 4k for gaming is way better. Nice tv but way overpriced and not that impressive compared to OLEDs.

Mdbdetroit,
Thanks for your review. Please note your QN900D TV is indeed designed with not only wide viewing angle -- but Ultra Viewing Angle tech for a consistently detailed picture, even when sitting off to the side, as well as Anti-Glare Technology for minimized ambient light reflections. The light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal screen control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

Great picture but needed alittle tinkering with the advanced settings for some UHD content . I just changed the shadow detail for shows with indoor dark sceens, which helped alot....The remote is too small for my liking and get`s lost quite often...the bottom four buttons should be adjustable in case you don`t like disney or netflix etc.

ZAGG,
Thank you for your review. Watching TV for an extended period of time causes the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality.

The picture quality on the tv is amazing. However, there are times when a cartoon like character pops up on the screen using sign language. Another problem occurs when several devices are plugged into different HDM1 ports. I’ll be listening to a channel on one device (say HDM1) when the device plugged into (HDM2) sounds in. Therefore I’ll be watching something on HDM1, but hearing the sounds on what is on HDM2. I only plug in one device at a time as a result of the defect.

I bought this tv December 2024. In July it would not power in. Samsungs sent a technician who fixed it. Now again in October it would not power on. Again a technician was sent who has to replace the same parts. Samsung is refusing to replace the tv and the warranty ends in December. Quality at this price point is not there and I don’t recommend investing your money in a product that the company doesn’t stand behind. I have had Sony and Lg in the past without any problems. When this breaks again in January it will be my $4000 paper weight.

I bought this tv, the 75 inch, came in earlier than expected at the store. Man i was stoked. Got home and thought man 113 pounds sure did get light. Get it all unpackaged, wait where is the stand, remote, one connect, cords. Uhhh.. call bestbuy, while talking to them notice the tv has hdmi ports. Now wait a minute the qn900d doesnt have hdmi ports. Check back panel, oh its a du7200. Then guy comes back from hold and says no more 75 inches. Like wow. Whoever bought this before knew exactly what they were doing and even resealed the box bendy strap things. Like wow what a pro. Fbi needs in on this and where that box came from. Someone got a good deal. 500 bucks for a 4 grand tv.
