Short review: Very IMPRESSIVE 4K TV, Buy One! Detail review: We’ve owned Samsung TVs for many years and have been happy with our purchases. This time we stepped up from a 55 inch to the new 70 inch size 4K QLED Q60A model and WOW! The picture has been so impressive, (and so much larger than before). The sound is pretty good but could be improved with the right sound bar/system. We are using the sound bar and bass unit from our previous setup and it is doing ok for now, may upgrade it later. We did lose one HDMI port from the 4 we had on the previous tv down to 3 on the new one. The new remote control does not use the typical AA or AAA style batteries, but instead uses a small solar panel to charge an internal battery. We are not a big fan of the simple, minimalist design of the new remote, but find that we do not use it much anyway, but instead use either the Firestick or Roku remotes for most of what we watch. I understand the older style Samsung remotes can be purchased and used instead if desired. Since this is a smart tv there are many apps available to use. One of the included apps you’ll want to checkout is the Samsung Plus TV app with over 100 channels to choose from. The photos included with this review do not begin to accurately show the clear, sharp picture this set is capable of displaying. Oh, and setup was easy. Two feet slide in place and you lift it onto your tv stand (not too heavy for two people). Then follow the on screen prompts and spoken directions, and you’ll be up and running soon. As long as you have a good internet connection (wired or wireless) it shouldn’t take too long (maybe 30 minutes) to update your tvs software. Check it out for yourself, or just order online for curbside pickup. We did, and we’re very happy with our purchase.

I write perhaps one review a year and I buy things online every day. This is by far my best purchase in many years. It has changed my life. The difference between this tv and my 55 inch Samsung hd lcd from 2008 is beyond belief. My jaw drops every time I turn it on. I don’t care what people say about OLED the price performance ratio on this one is incredible. I am a hockey fan and the clarity of the puck on the ice at 90 mph is as good a test as any. This is incredible. Like any new tv you need a soundbar because they are too thin to accommodate good speakers. A 149 dollar Samsung a450 Will do the job and integrate with the tv remote perfectly including a subwoofer. Don’t wait, buy. I’m so happy.

We purchased three of these to run side-by-side in an entertainment room. The TV has great picture quality and the sound quality is pretty good as well even without adding in a dedicated sound system. Went for TotalTech and the crew came in to install all three! The SmartThings app makes it easy to control all three TVs separately while they're next to each other. Using the IR remote is problematic for this.

Best tv for the price! We used a cheap slim mount off amazon and paired with this slim tv, it looks great. Definitely a big upgrade in image quality.

After looking at this TV on display in the store l knew l would be satisfied with the purchase. I am constantly amazed by so many different programs, games and so on with my new tv.
