This TV is amazing. The motion rate is great for viewing sports. I have an addiction to TV's, and this is by far my favorite in my personal 12 tv line up at home. 4k is killer on this set. I have 2 other Samsung 4k tvs, a 65" 2017 8 series and a 43" 2019 6 series and this puts them to shame (and they are great tvs). Samsung is the boss in televisions and this one lives up to the hype. This tv price point beats the heck out of doubling your cost for the better 80Q. The 9 series motion rate is 240, which makes this the perfect tv for sports fans and superior to the 8 series and below in this line-up. It is heavy, but I really don't take it anywhere, so whateves! You won't want to skimp on a mount or stand. It is unfortunate that most broadcasts are in 720. Watching 720 on this vs Netflix 4k is startling, albeit not the tv's fault. The 4k picture is crisp, colorful and overall the kittens mittens. It does a good job of upscaling inferior 720, 1080 etc to better than any other tv I have used. Side viewing is great, viewing from 4 ft to 30 ft away is great. This tv will likely cause you to cancel any season tickets you previously owned. For TV speakers they are above average and tolerable 95 percent of the time. However, I am guessing if you are in the market for a TV of this nature you have peripheral sound to bounce to. The Samsung interface for free digital tv, (including several VEVO music videos is awesome). The entire smart hub set up on this tv is the best samsung has produced to date. I usually will supplement with an Amazon Cube, however that isn't necessary with this tv unless you are using Amazon studios, echos, or subs for sound. Buy it. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

The color and detail in the screen is truly amazing for such a large TV. My wife and I are very happy with it. With the remote, you can easily navigate through your selections. Have no issues with the dark colors. We have a 65 inch version of this and we love it too. Bought the 82 inch for under $1,400 which is a steal.

My last TV was over eight years old, 65 inch insignia. I really wanted to step up my game as I have been spending a lot of time watching TV over the last year. I read too many reviews, a lot of the one star reviews can throw you off, but if you’re looking for something simple and easy that looks great. This is the TV for you, I opted for the 82 inch it fits the wall above my fireplace perfectly, it’s extremely heavy you definitely need professional installation or 2 to 3 people to help you, but let me tell you, this thing is amazing. Also, the sound is great, unless you’re one of those people that desperately needs a sound bar, I’d recommend just using the normal TV, the Bluetooth is amazing and I’ve been going the Bose headphone route. All in all I’d highly recommend this and I can’t speak highly enough about Best Buy’s customer service. I bought the TV and it went on sale two days after it was delivered. I called Best Buy customer service and they refunded me the difference. They didn’t have to do this, I even let them know that I had already installed the TV so it would be difficult to return, but they gave me the $200 difference. I can say that I will for sure continue buying televisions for my home and for my business from Best Buy.

Just a great TV. Picture and quality is awesome. Watching sports with the 120hz makes a big difference. Be sure to purchase an hdmi that supports 4k.

Tv is the real deal! Pictures is incredible. Love the motion rate. Have a 82 with a full motion mount and it’s freakin awesome! If your on the fence.. pull the trigger and tell everyone to come get some!

Very nice picture and quality for the price! It’s huge and looks great!! Easy to use/navigate. It connected easily with my Bose sound bar. Highly recommend!

I wanted a very large TV, but i had only a 55" TV stand. I chose this TV based on the image looked like the legs were close together. Everything i found showed 61" which did not appear to match pictures. After receiving this TV, I seen on the box that the legs had 2 choices of leg width. I chose the 46.5" leg width which was perfect for my stand. Did I mention that this TV has a great bright large picture and over 100 free channels on the Samsung TV app. I love this TV and would recommend it.

Tizen OS is very intuitive. Got the 82" great picture. Blacks could be better but it could just be the output of our signal. Good for watching sports and having it paired up with my Sonos Arc and Sonos ones makes watching movies and tv shows even better.

The tv is easy to set up. Great picture! Lots of “smart” features still learning the capabilities. Feel like you’re at the football game. I’m impressed.

Extremely happy with purchase. Upgraded from low end 65" and was well worth the price (on sale, $1500). Great picture on default settings, much improved sound quality, so much so that I haven't even bothered to connect up my surround system (yet). Satisfied customer both with item and Best Buy. Shipping was also timely and satisfactory.

Great picture, great quality and doesn't break the bank. Purchased it because my 65" was too small for my new living room. Paired it with the Q60T soundbar and its like a movie theater experience

This is by far the biggest tv I ever purchase. This was one of the greatest Christmas gift ever. I love this tv and it’s very noticeable when you walk in my living room. My children was amazed by the size and how well it fitted on my wall.

Really nice TV , still haven't been able to get the remote to work with my direct tv , but I'm sure I will figure it out , picture nice , hung it easy on my wall bracket

I get more “wow” and “Man I love that TV” comments when folks walk in the room. Great picture, flawless speed with streaming service. We use Netflix and YouTube TV.
