Customer Ratings & Reviews

Best OLED for bright rooms. Great size with anti glare matte finish screen for our loft and viewing experience. Wish they made this model in 100” as well but still satisfied with it compared to our 55” before this. Great combination with the Sonos arc ultra and sub 4. Will be purchasing Era 300s for the rear soon.

This new OLED screen is amazing. The brightness is 10x the brightness on my Vizio OLED. The matte anti-reflective screen takes away 95% of sun glare. I could not be happier with this purchase.

This tv has been wonderful ! The picture quality is absolutely insane and love the sound of tv !

This TV has great features and has great visuals. Very affordable and will improve its surroundings.

The panel is nice, love the no reflection in a bright-room, but the colors got a bug that it destroys and crushes all the colors and black levels and the TV has to be reset to fix this issue, lastest software, not acceptable for any TV but at this price range is a disaster. I'm returning it.

I purchased this TV back in May 2025 and after 6 months Samsung has tried to repair my TV 4 times and it still is not fixed. I even purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy but the Geek Squad will not touch or repair my TV until after the 1 year manufactures warranty is up so they make me call Samsung to fix my TV. I have owned over 10 Samsung TVs and I have never had a problem until this TV. The Samsung Customer Care is horrible because you have to wait on hold, do the same troubleshooting with the agents everytime you call only for them to schedule a repair man to come out and try to fix the issue. All 4 of my in-home repairs were serviced by the same person and he has replaced 4 different parts on my TV and it is still not working properly. The Samsung customer service recommended that I unplug my external device (Direct TV box) and that should fix the TV from doing the power cycles. There is no way I can use my TV without Direct TV connected so I ordered a new cable box and some expensive Audio Quest HDMI cable and the TV still does the samething. I’ve talked to the sales team at my Best Buy store and they don’t have a solution for me. I called Samsung again and they won’t replace my TV but they want to send another repair man to my house for a 5th time and I’m not happy. This TV with the extended warranty cost my $8k for a TV that I can’t even use. When I was in the process of purchasing this TV, I had entensions to buy the 85” 8k TV but the sales person talked me into getting this one because of the matte black screen but I shouldn’t have listened to him and purchased the TV I wanted to get. So I would not advise anyone to buy this TV because it will be a waist of your time and money.

Red dots everywhere after 1 month. They replaced it, green dots everywhere. Exchanged for LG… we will see…

Picture has to many pixels and color us to redish and to strong.

After spending a lot of time researching premium OLED TVs, I decided on the Samsung S95F 83-inch, and it has exceeded every expectation. The picture quality is simply breathtaking. Blacks are perfectly deep, colors are incredibly vibrant without looking artificial, and the brightness is outstanding—even in a bright room. Movies in 4K HDR look like you're looking through a window rather than at a TV. Gaming on my PS5 is equally impressive with smooth 120 Hz gameplay, VRR, and extremely low input lag. Every game feels more immersive. I paired it with a Samsung Q990H soundbar, and together they create a true home theater experience. Dolby Atmos movies and games sound incredible, and the combination of amazing picture and powerful audio is hard to beat. The anti-glare screen is another feature I really appreciate because it does an excellent job reducing reflections during the day without hurting picture quality. The Tizen smart platform is fast and responsive, and setup was straightforward. The build quality is premium, and the ultra-thin design looks fantastic mounted on the wall. This TV isn't inexpensive, but if you're looking for the best viewing experience available, it's worth every penny. I would buy it again without hesitation. Pros: Stunning OLED picture quality Incredible brightness and HDR performance Excellent for movies, sports, and PS5 gaming Premium design and build quality Outstanding anti-glare screen

I’m extremely impressed with this OLED TV. The picture quality is absolutely stunning—colors are rich and vibrant, blacks are truly deep, and the contrast makes every scene look incredibly realistic.

We were originally after an 85" Samsung but it was not available so we went with the 83" OLED instead. That has proven to be a great change. Incredible picture, absolutely no glare. Wonderful color. For the first time we can actually see what is going on in the night/shadow images that on previous tv's simply just blended into darkness.

The color very shining and good look and healthy to our eyes. It is big enough to hold a space nicely in our house. We have had a little problem to assemble it but, we got help to fix it. We enjoying different channels from youtube and samsung tv plus. This give us happiness and joyful to our family. Thanks for giving us this offer from best buy. My best wishes to all best buy employees.

Great picture quality and I love the anti-glare feature for this TV in our sunroom. This was a pretty expensive TV but I'm very satisfied with the quality of the picture and can really tell the difference from our Samsung Frame.

I recently purchased this TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier! The picture quality is absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that really bring movies and shows to life. The sound quality is also impressive, and the smart features are super intuitive. Setup was a breeze, and it fits perfectly in my living room. Highly recommend it!

Looks great, if you gonna use the stand plan fo a bit of lean backwards

The one box shuts the TV down after gaming for a couple of hours or watching a movie. Overheats I guess. Picture is great but that is very annoying about the one box.

Drops the internet occasionally. Other than that the picture and sound output are great.

I bought the Samsung mainly for the anti-reflective screen, but the colors are so much more vivid than my old LG. Only downside so far is a strange one. When I first set the tv up it recognized my PS5 right away, and then just yesterday it didn’t, and I can’t add it back on because the PlayStation is the only company that the tv doesn’t know.

We have many windows in our TV room and we don't have to close blinds to have an awesome TV watching experience. I still close blinds for a good movie (not a movie experience unless the room is dark) but for regular shows it's no big deal with the blinds open. I was skeptical because of the price but now I am glad we took the plunge. TV watching at a new level.

We enjoy the non-glare features and the depth of the black on the screen - great quality.
