This TV is truly impressive; the quality and fidelity of its colours are exceptional. I have it located next to a glass window and, even in broad daylight with intense sun, there is no alteration in the tones. Artificial intelligence does an excellent job, adjusting to the time and brightness of the environment. The peaks of light and darkness that it presents are truly amazing. The illuminated faces look so intense that it seems like the sun was bathing them directly.

I was initially skeptical of the glare guard matte display but am now a believer! Between the sun most of the day and the overhead lights at night, this screen almost completely eliminates the reflection. Managing display brightness is more like changing the lighting on set and helps you feel more like being in the room rather than watching a replay. Hooked up with a Sonos Arc and loving every second. Upgrading from the 2014 curved 65" to this 85" is just as big a difference as upgrading from my old DLP to the curve. No looking back for me!
