I highly recommend this tv for a living room for the look of a real picture/painting and not tv. Sits as flat as possible on the wall. Amazing picture quality

This 85 incher get tons of compliments hanging on top of my fireplace. With the brown bezels it truly looks like a picture frame. Picture and sound quality are also fantastic. The one connect box has my setup looking clean. Did I mention that the remote can charge with solar .
Amazing product! The no glare feature is worth every penny. We have a lot of natural light in our living room and other TV’s we are constantly fighting that random glare. With this product you won’t have that issue! Picture quality is great and doubles down at a piece of artwork. I would recommend having the Geek Squad or something with experience installing!

Very slow startup, the native (built in) apps run sluggish compared to Roku or similar sticks. Built in Samsung apps freeze, get stuck on black screen, and quality isn't great. Limited app store for new channels or services. Samsung support suggested taking the TV back to the store at one point. The art feature is nice, displays artwork nicely, flush mount is nice also. Scrolling through administration menus is slow and sluggish also. The deficiency in technical Issues results in 2 stars, max. Maybe it will work out if you only run external devices, but my experience with built in native apps has been poor.

The TV is excellent with one exception, the sound is an inferior quality which makes you have to buy a sound bar system. There is no base. Overall, the TV is great.

The TV was delivered with a hardware defect. After it was delivered we became aware the art function on the tv was flawed and when accessed would shut down the tv. We received a replacement within a week. Since then it’s been perfect! The new tv has had zero issues. We love it!

The TV is even better than I thought it would be. The artwork displayed when the tv is not on is so realistic to me and much better than a plain black giant screen. The Best Buy Geek Squad people who installed were absolutely top notch and professional.

We love the frame TV! It was my husbands idea to buy it and it has been a great purchase. We did have to have it replaced because of the Bluetooth messing up but it was hassle free

Awesome TV. Bought it for the “Frame Picture” The Matte Finish screen is unbelievable. I believe all TV’s will go to this finish eventually. Absolutely no outside glare on the screen.

I purchased a Samsung 85" Frame TV expecting premium quality for its high price. Unfortunately, the TV had a severe "clouding issue" right out of the box, completely ruining the viewing experience. When I attempted to return the defective product, Best Buy denied the request due to a system error that falsely claimed my return window had expired before the TV was even delivered. Neither Best Buy nor Samsung has offered a resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. For such an expensive purchase, I expected far better quality and customer support. I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Best Buy or Samsung, as neither seems committed to standing behind their products or supporting their customers.

I bought the TV as open box excellent and when I got it home and unboxed the the package, the TV screen had bad hand prints over the screen, and I didn’t know how much this would be painful to get off. I had Best Buy installer team install the TV and they also had put more smudges and tried to clean using a microfiber cloth. They gave me a microfiber and told me to use only that. After that the screen kept getting worse! I kept searching in the manuals online and no where was there any screen cleaning instructions! Then I went into people’s reviews where I saw this same issue people had and their Samsung reps wrote to use Magic eraser to clean the Frame TV 2022 screen. But there is so much misguided and misdirected information that I feel my screen has been destroyed and I can’t risk using any product on it. I don’t know but I feel I lost my TV and it’s value because the screen when off just looks so undervalued and damaged, but when turned on has no noticeable damage. If only there was some help from the right source after paying so much of your are earned money to watch it go down the drain!!!

The 2022 Frame TV has a special reflective surface that is designed to reduce glare. However, some fingerprints and smudges will be harder to clean because of it. Try using a microfiber cloth, but if it doesn't work you can use a melamine foam sponge (magic eraser). Follow these steps exactly to clean the screen:
1. Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord.
2. Lightly dampen a microfiber cleaning cloth with a few drops of water and gently wipe the stain.
*Important: Do not wet the sponge before wiping the TV. Only lightly dampen the stain using the microfiber cloth as described in step 2. Do not use any cleaning solutions.
3. Gently clean the stain with the melamine foam sponge before the water dries up.
