Q: Hello, what is the size of the bands? Is it small, medium or large?
A: The band is adjustable. My wrist size is 7 1/2 inches and it wraps from the 5th hole all the way maybe to the 10th hole so I believe it will fit small, medium and probably large but definitely small and medium. Best wishes.
