Purchased two of these, one for my mother, one for my grandmother. My mother's works fine! Great screen. It seems like a good phone for anyone who doesn't want the super cheap Android phones but doesn't want to be dishing out a grand either. I have spent multiple days worth of time trying to fix the other phone. I have been to repair shops, multiple Verizon stores, and mainly on the line with technical support for countless hours. After talking to a Best Buy employee, it's apparently a hardware issue on Verizon's end. Texting and data works just fine, but calls wouldn't stop dropping. It wouldn't even begin to ring. We've switched out SIM cards, done network and factory resets, you name it. It's a faulty device. Just had to return it. Would I recommend getting this phone? Well, maybe. Best Buy said if you purchase the UNLOCKED version, there's normally no issue, but that's extra $. The one that DOES work is great though! So if you do purchase, buy it unlocked. (Personally, we ended up purchasing the new replacement through Verizon, but it was an A21 NOT an A20. To avoid any more service issues. In the future I will continue to purchase through Best Buy though, for their stellar customer service team!)

I bought this phone about a month ago, and for the price it is a bargain compared to most phones. Usually starting at 500$+ It does what any other top brand smart phone does, and it does it well. The camera takes high quality pictures and video even when zoomed in. It runs quick and smoothly. Most apps start at a moments notice. The design also compliments the quick start up and ease of access the phone has by replacing the physical home button with a built in touch button. Overall this a great phone in general and an amazing phone for the price. You won't find one much better in it's range. If you need a new phone. I highly recommend giving it a chance.

Or basic need are for only when were going out, but it has all the needed apps one use's for a everyday phone. Text, phone, pictures and more with great memory and even greater with a Mini SD card. very good security features built-in, talk and stand-by time is more than double over what we had - improved sound and screen quality, we could go on.

Great phone. Does what I need. Lots of memory and starts quick. Headphone jack and speaker on the bottom of the phone. I constantly cover speaker while setting it in a phone holder. Off botton is below volume, so I turn it off instead of volume down.

Nice size easy to use great value. Takes great pictures.

Like my new phone, especially the better camera. The only thing i don't like, or can't figure out how to change, is that if I am engaged in something else on my phone and i receive a phone call, it won't let me answer.

We purchased this phone for my father-in-law. He loves it and it is easy for him to navigate. The samsung rep at the store showed us how to change it to easy mode and it makes the screen much easier to see.

Nice screen size phone , fast response not bad speaker sound .Havent use the camera so can't yet comment on that aspect .Overall am happy with my purchase of the A-20 phone over the Moto G-7.

We were replacing an older smart camera phone. This fit the bill perfectly. Great camera, great graphics and easy to use.

I had purchased a Galaxy Tablet for my wife a couple of years ago so I chose this phone hoping to be somewhat familiar with the operation. Mainly needed to improve my texting ability and this feature alone has made this a good purchase for me. Transition and operation has been smooth. There are a lot of features I didn't know how much I was missing. I wanted an inexpensive phone since this was my first, I am expecting some kind of accident. If there are any other newcomers left out there, I would recommend looking at this phone.

Purchased phone ad my mother's first smartphone. Large easy to read screen. Good battery life.

I don't need a $1,000.00 phone to simply communicate. This one fits the bill nicely. A good quality camera easy to set up and use.

I had a phone that was about 8 years old was time to update I have no storage left I walked into Best Buy the price was right the clerk showed me everything I needed to know about the phone so much quicker than what I had I am definitely up to date

My wife of uses her phone for calls text and facebook and nothing else..this is the best option since I do not like apple mobile devices and prefer android. If you only use text email and phone and photos this is a great inexpensive option. If you do more then go for an upgrade

I purchased this phone for my Mom as a gift. All she does is text, take pictures and talk. This is the perfect phone for a person who wants a smartphone but doesn't necessarily use all the applications that come with it (ie. Google, online banking services, social media).

I wish that it came with some kind of instructions because I'm finding a lot of things on it that I didn't know were there or even how to use them until my son showed me. How are you supposed to learn how to use it without any instructions?
