My last laptop finally died 6 hours before the due date for my first PhD final exam. Post Black Friday sales, every stores was sold out, but Bestbuy came through with an amazing open box deal on this laptop. Unboxing was effortless and without charging the laptop, it had a few hours of life right out of the box. The battery life on this 360 is amazing! I use this all day and have no problem if I forget my charger. Bonus is my cellphone cable will charge this laptop. The s-pen is so much smoother than the apple pencil for my iPad (I only have an iPad for work). Go Team Samsung! This laptop is soo thin and light, you almost forget you're holding a computer. I work with kids so I got a screen protector immediately, and had to trim it because this screen has no edge and the 2-in-1 tablet feature. I also keep it in a reinforced sleeve because this wasn't cheap. The mouse pad was tricky at first, I was getting phantom clicks and highlights, with it sitting on uneven services or holding it my lap. I found out this happens because the laptop itself is soo thin, that it registers pressure from underneath. So I always keep it on one of those lap desks, to give it support and help me protect it from grabbing it at possible weak points. I got this with Windows 11, which got rid of tablet mode, but there is a function key to disable the mouse pad, my only wish is that Samsung made it to lock the entire keyboard when it's folded like a tablet. My only complaint is that there are no longer any USB ports, only type C's. So I had to buy a few adapters.... Otherwise I love this laptop!

This Samsung laptop computer is the first I have ever bought and I have to say so far so good! It is what it is and does what it does, it feels comfortable while typing, it inspires confidence while using it all thanks to its powerful processor, from surfing the internet to listening to music with or without headphones and to watching movies on an incredible Super AMOLED display really wraps up a good package. I bought the Mystic Navy 1Tb SSD 16Gb RAM laptop and I'm still trying to push the limits of what this machine can do connecting all my Samsung ecosystem and multi-tasking. As a Samsung fan, I strongly recommend this beautiful and thin laptop for anyone trying to complete their own Samsung ecosystem. Overall, I know this laptop is the beginning of great things to come in the future for Samsung! Buy with confidence.

to be honest, there’s no complaint when it comes to the Samsung - Galaxy Book Pro 360 15.6" the play time is unbelievable and not just that it’s not a gaming device but the performances I get when playing games was shacking because I was looking to see log but us was spectacular. Theres no work… over one-year and ten-month and it feel as if I just got it. Don’t forget about the durability, it’s a amazing.

I love everything about this laptop. The keyboard feel.good to type on and the keys have a nice responsiveness. The screen looks great. I had no issues syncing with my phone! And I can't believe how lightweight and thin it is. I added a beautiful sticker type protector on it to protect from everyday bumps and scratches because i plan on having this laptop for years!

Samsung has hit the ball out of the park with the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360. If you ask me, this is the only Samsung laptop as of yet to be good enough to warrant the Galaxy name. It is a beatiful, light and powerful machine that clocks in at a very light weight. It has no 3D gaming chip, but so far has been able to play many of the Xbox and Steam games that I've thrown at it (granted it gets quite hot and sometimes freezes based on the complexity of the game) Halo, Mechwarrior 5, and Forza 7 worked great, granted you do mot get all of the visual bells and whistles. However, this is impressive coming from a thin ultra-book 2 in 1. The screen is not 4K, but is OLED and looks mighty impressive and sharp. My biggest gripes are the webcam and usb ports. It comes with lightning and usb-c so a USB-C to USB adapter or hub is necessary. I understand that this was done to keep the laptop as thin as possibe and I applaud them for that. However, it makes the Galaxy Book less portable when having to also carry around a hub or adapters. The webcam is overly bright and pixelly. Not a fan, but also not a complete deal breaker, especially when a clipon webcam can be gotten for about 30 bucks. Also, the camera is not compatible with Windows Hello, but the fingerprint scanner works quite well. In the end, I am very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy Book and could go on and on about it, but you're probably already bored with me. Try it, you'll like it!!

I have had this laptop for maybe 3 years now. Still snappy. Gorgeous screen. Sleek. Everything and it was a open box when I purchased it! Thank you Samsung and Best Buy!

I got a great deal on an open box for a Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360. The 15.6" touch-screen and backlit keyboard work great and it has fantastic battery life. It is thin, fast, and light weight. When you open the top the computer comes on quicky. The only adjustments were that I had to buy a Bluetooth mouse and an adapter for SD cards and USB drives. Ther is no place to store the stylus so I lost it, but everything else has been great in the first 3 month. Highly recommended!!

Sleek design, easily operated, windows 11 is awesome. Best 2 in 1 I've owned. It is set up to be an Mac killer and it holds it own plus gives extra functions which Mac doesn't have on their machines.

Great laptop, everything I needed and wanted!!!!! Battery life is 2 days for 2 to 4 hours continual use per day for me. Brilliant display. Boots up in seconds.

Great laptop with lots of features. I would purchase it again. My only concern is that the screen is large but not sturdy enough so hairline cracks are starting to develop after about 11 months. I have not dropped the computer or mistreated it in an way but I think the screen backing support needs to be thicker or stronger.

First off I just would like to say that I got this laptop for a steal for Black Friday. Saved over $500! Original price is $1,499 but actually got it for $999 and I absolutely love it! I thought the 15.6 in. would be a little too big but it's actually the perfect size but only downfall with that is you lose USB-A & HDMI ports but has USB-C charging. The included S-Pen is a plus also but just wish that there was a storage slot for it when you're finished using it. Overall it's a powerful laptop especially with the Intel Evo i7! I'm definitely glad I bought it. I'm a Samsung fan and basically everything I own is Samsung! Some may call me biased but the way I see it is it's just like people who like only iPhones and only buy Apple products.

I needed a new computer to start an online business. Having satelite internet has been choppy with my old computer. Probably shouldnt have dropped it. Lol My Galaxy Pro is much faster than my old Dell. It is much much lighter to carry because its thinner. I'm still getting used to it but so far I really like it.

I love this laptop, it incredible! Even at 2.5 years old, it's still just as fast and is the best computer I've ever bought.

I love this computer. My only regret is not waiting until black Friday lol. But seriously, it's sharp, sleek, and the color is lovely. Able to handle multiple tasks at a time. Games run smoothly, but I do need a fan. The features on this item are great, especially when it folds into a tablet l. It's big but it's great for art and marking up documents. The shopping experience was great and I recommend buying a new one because when I tried to buy it used the transaction failed so many times. Bonus, the SPen works with my phone also.

I absolutely love this laptop! It's thin, lightweight, and the screen is phenomenally beautiful! It's the perfect size for media consumption and it also flips and turns into a tablet! It also comes with a pen but it doesn't work like the S pen on the Note Series but it still works great! I had the Samsung Galaxy Book S but I fell in love with the mystic navy blue color and wanted something a little bit bigger so I sold it, saved up some money, and bought it right on time for Christmas! Best Christmas gift to myself ever!

One of the best laptops. I have test the device capabilities and found no issues. I do not used all fearures regularly as has served most of my needs.

I love this laptop. The performance is great and I couldn’t ask for anything better. The only downside is there’s no placement for the stylus that’s not the box it came in and the sound on the laptop is unusually low. Sometimes it’s high for certain things but most of the time the volume sounds low no matter how high I put it up. Besides that I love the how light weight it is and the flexibility.

I mostly love this laptop, and I am sure people have sung praises of it here, so I wont bother anymore. I am actually on my second one right now. Here are my complaints: -With laptop #1 i felt that the hinge is too loose. I went to a store to compare it to the store model and I was right. This first laptop goes to 180 degree mode (or more) if I gently pick it up in the normal 90 degree angle. It doesnt even bother me if the screen is too "wobbly" while typing. That looseness just bugs me too much, in regards to longevity of the product. Thus, I returned it. - with laptop #2 the hinge is definitely tighter and works better. My complaints lie in the battery/charging and cooling which wasnt a problem for the first laptop at all. Also, this doesnt charge as fast as the other one. As soon as I turn it on i could hear the fan go loudly, this is because the device is heating up too fast. (This never happened on the first one I got). I find this especially weird since i i just quite literally turn it on and it doesnt have any apps/ tasks working in the background. And for some reason the charge ports or the charger sometimes do not work, that I have to plug and unplug over and over just to get that sweet sweet sign that it is in fact charging. Maybe the charger have a problem, maybe it's the battery, maybe it is the ports. Or maybe it got messed up in the mail since Best Buy shipped it as it is, without any protection?

I really like this computer. It is not the most powerful laptop you can buy but that is not what you are paying for. This thing is light. I have never held a 15 inch laptop that is this light. Everything works on it. I wish it had a discrete graphics card but I knew going in that it did not. I can run multiple screens with no issues. Multiple tabs opened no issues. Multiple programs no issues. As I type this review I have it plugged into a Samsung 32 inch monitor. Seamless What about looks. Beautiful! Opens easy and can turn it into tablet mode without issues. If you want a tablet though I would get the 13 inch instead. The 15 inch makes it hard to use as a laptop.
