Q: Can a micro SD card be used in this phone and can this phone receive FM radio?

A: No, I returned my new phones because they did not accept a micro SD card. Instead they want you to use a cloud with limited space so that later you have to pay for more cloud usage. Samsung just lost my loyalty.

Q: If I buy it unlocked do I just put my SIM card from my other phone into the Samsung?

A: I got mine unlocked and had to call my provider to switch my phone line to the new phone. I tried just putting the SIM card in, but it’s not as easy. They have to change in their system that you’re using a new phone. It’s easy as calling and getting the new phone activated. Hope this helps.

Q: It's 8 or 12 GB RAM?

A: The USA version in 256GB is only 8GB Ram you must purchase the 512GB to get 12GB Ram pretty dissapointing in my opinion
