I purchased this refurbished phone expecting it to be in Excellent condition as advertised, but I am not 100% satisfied with what I received. While the phone seems to function fine so far, the cosmetic condition is disappointing. There are noticeable scratches on the device, which contradicts the "Excellent" grading standard. If a phone is listed as excellent, it should look nearly brand new. I decided to keep it because I needed a phone right away, but buyers should be aware that the cosmetic grading may not match your expectations.

Went from the S21FE to the base S24, did so for the size/profile of the S24. S24 fits in my pocket and hand a lot better than the larger S21FE does. I didn't need all the AI stuff coming with the newer phone models so a larger jump wasn't something I wanted. Purchase secondhand from a certified 3rd party seller through the Best Buy website. Shipping was fairly fast and packaging was good. I added my own case and screen protector to the phone. The base S24 has great battery life and I can get multiple days on one charge. Screen is great!
