I received the phone as a replacement for the Samsung that I currently have because of the broken screen, but when I put in mybsim card, the phone wilould not connect to my cellular provider. This phone was sold as being unlocked. Im not sure what is going on. I will have to take it to AT&T to try and resolv the matter or return it to Best Buy

It doesn't look refurbised at all. I am still learning about all the things this phone has to offer. The great thing about it I was able to pickup where I left off from my other phone an A52. The transition was easy.
