Recently I upgraded my phone to the Samsung S25+ because of the features and promotions. The phone has delivered with fast processing, excellent pictures, and good battery life. I can usually go 3 days between charging. My only complaint is with Verizon making it very difficult to receive the promised promotional discount.

The purchase of this phone was a spur of the moment act after several years of loving my old Samsung and I have not regretted it. The Best Buy employee was super helpful and patient (he sold my husband a phone as well) and I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received. Best of all - I love my new phone!

This phone has been really good. My old phone was an S10+ and this one has a lot more options. It also was a good price. Plus, the salesperson was very fast and knew what she was doing.

The Samsung S25+ is everything I need in a second phone as a content creator. The battery life is really good streaming on twitch at 1080p 60 fps, and the cameras quality is phenomenal. The only con I have for this device is that it doesn’t have wireless charging on the back of the phone.

My Samsung - Galaxy S25+ is a good replacement for my old cell phone, which quit suddenly. I have only one cell phone. I could not go without any phone for days or a week while it was repaired. The discount available on a new cell because of the Best Buy Protection Plan made it possible to move forward.

My 4th galaxy in 17 years. Each oe has lasted 5 plus years except the zflop which was crap but other then that great quality. Never have owned and iphone never will

Phone works great. But Verizon did not honor the free upgrade and i was charged full price. Verizon notified me that the trade in was in perfect condition and i would receive a $20 credit. The next week they notified me they canceled the return.

I but this with my girlfriend and she still using it. She loves it.. no issues so far and has been performing up to Samsung standards.

I really like this phone. I was experiencing battery drain with my last phone after a recent update, so decided it was time for a new one. I can actually go a couple of days between charges with this phone, and the screen resolution is great!
