Q: Does this device comes with Manufactures warranty?
A: It says right in the description, "This device is not warrantied through the manufacturer. This device has a limited 1 year warranty provided by CCR Warranty. To obtain technical or warranty assistance, please contact CCR Warranty at 866-579-8436." So, it does come with a 1-year warranty, but I'm not sure why the other answer to this question here suggests that it has a manufacturer's warranty, when it clearly states it does not.
A: No, the phone is unlocked for use with a carrier of your choice.
A: I actually went to the Samsung site from Iwireless and it says that it is a multi-use phone. You can use the 2nd slot for either a memory card or another sim card. So that's great flexibility, especially for me as I'm an immigrant that needs a GSM phone to enable me to use another country sim card. Plus the Galaxy 7 comes unlocked! http://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/galaxy-s7/hardware/
Q: Can I use this phone for international like Philippines?
A: I brought the phone to Argentina and had no problem at all (even using LTE network), either using a local o american SIM card.
Q: Does it work on verizon wireless
A: Will not work on Verizon - Verizon is CDMA - this phone is GSM - the previous "answer" did not answer your question
Q: The description says it's dual sim version, is that correct?
A: NO NO NO I bought this phone (obviously unlocked) thinking it was a dual chip version. When I opened the box didn´t say anywhere that I could place 2 sim Cards. I went back to the store. They said it was a mistake in the description and offered return the item and refund me. Since the dual sim card version was avalilable in some street stores (in MIami), I got in touch with Samsung US. They told me the dual sim version of S7 was not released in the US, and will not be. That version was released mainly for Europe , so they couldn´t confirm it would work fine with some american bands, specially the LTE networks. Last year I bought a S5 mini in Europe and couldn´t make it work with the Argentinian LTE network. A guy Phill, the manager of the Miami Beach BEst Buy Store, promised he would report the incidente, so the description is corrected.
Q: Does this phone also work with one sim and an SD card or just two sims and no SD card
A: NO One sim card alone or One sim card and a SD card This version does not support 2 sim cards
Q: wiil this work in all network
A: It will work with GSM networks.
