This has been the worst experience using best buy. DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX. you think you are getting a good deal, but then you are given the wrong tablet. I purchased a 1tb tab 11 and they gave me a 256gb. Best Buy has the worst customer service since they know there is no other electronics company left. I will definitely start shopping elsewhere after this
