Missing s pen with pro book 350

Orderea a computer sismt come with the s pen and was aupposes to the 1at 2 manager were very helpful. The 3rd not so much basically wouldnt help le amd said to just return the computer was basing his info on xuatomer revies instead of computer specs and was very rude

The S-Pen was missing. I contacted Samsung and the sent a S-Pen free of charged. I had an issue with screen images a few months later and i contacted Samsung and the Rep walked me through the update process and I have no other issues.

DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE BOX WHEN I REALIZED MY TOTALTECH WOULD NOT COVER THIS. I GET IT TO THE STORE AND THERE IS A CORD IN THERE THAT WOULD FIT TO PLUG IN A TOWER OR A SCREEN. NO CHARGING CORD AT ALL! I AM GLAD I HADN'T OPENED IT. I WAS TRADING IT FOR A NEW PRO BOOK 2 SINCE I COULD GET IT CHEAPER THAN THE REFURBISHED ! CRAZY!!

Absolutely useless!!! Touchscreen did not work, no stylus pen included and the screen would glitch and freeze up. Stay far away from buying this refurbished.
