The phone itself is amazing, arrived on excellant condition.. update with android 8.. the only bad thing, it only came with the phone, charger and s-pen... its advertised it comes with everything the new phone does.. happy with the phone itself, but disappointed with not receiving all the gear.. that's why I only rated it 4 out of 5

So i did spme research on the Note 8 before purchasing. Apparently, i should've done more. Its ok. The camera quality is a bit better than most but no bells & whistles. Ive had the phone over a year and it just recently had a huge update making it a bit more something to be excited about. Some new features were added that arent really a big deal but make a difference(too many to list). What really has me disappointed is i purchased this phone unlocked from carriers and its not. This phone is NOT compatible with Verizon so i have had to remain stuck with AT&T who service sucks. I think i would like this phone more if i were able to use it as i had intended and not stuck on AT&T. I had purchased this unlocked phone for the purpose of switching carriers so this was a huge waste.

I've had a note 4 for years and finally upgraded to the note 8 and couldn't be happier! This is a very nice phone, lots of features, amazing battery life and easy to hold.

Nice price compere to the new one almost half the price. Received the phone fast, but it didn't come with all the what is included on the list.

According to the description, wht's included is: - Earphones - Ejection pin - Micro USB connector - S Pen - Samsung Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Note8 with 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Tweezer and Pen nibs - USB cable - USB connector (USB Type-C) - USB power adapter But it just came the Note8 with the S pen inserted, the USB cable and the USB power adapter (in excellent conditions). I went to a store to ask for the rest of the accesories... No answer.

Switched from iPhone to this. Any frustrations come from the OS and not the phone. Has worked well from the start with no problems.

I love the phone and thought it was a great deal until it was delivered without the manufacturer box and accessories that come with a new phone.

This note8 is like brand new. Great value. Way cheaper than buying new. You wouldn't even know its refurbished.

Great phone - so long as you don't want a nib for your SPen, tweezers, extra nibs... or headphones. If it hadn't said explicitly in the description that these were included, I would have little cause to complain. Since others have mentioned the same lack of accessories, I shouldn't be shocked. Don't expect accessories, buyers! Now I'm spending MORE on what was supposed to be included - but you can bet I'm not buying them from Best Buy!
