Like one of the other reviewers said, this product does not include the S-Pen despite it being advertised as such in the title and description, I contacted Best-Buy regarding this and got a replacement tablet, which also did not include the S-Pen, so I had to go out of my way to contact them again about this, the only remedy they provided was an offer for a $50 Best Buy gift card after returning the original tablet I got, which I have not followed up on it yet, but this gift card does not even cover the minimum price for their cheapest official S-Pen on this site. The tablet itself arrived with minor scratches and works well, but I was very disappointed with how Best Buy marketed this product and how they responded to the issues I had.

Best Buy would not support the item purchased - because it is Geek Squad Certified it is a different organization - I was required to subject myself to a "prove it" encounter. I bought the missing S Pen on Amazon. I did not ask for the gift I had already given back to 'prove' my case to Geek Squad. Geek Squad Certified is not Best Buy - buyer beware!

The tablet was in great condition. No scratches or marks. The screen looks fantastic and sounds awesome.
