Had a bit of trouble with the charger once it arrived. The watch works great! But when I tried to resolve the issue, the store told me that I was not able to receive a new charger due to their policies. Thankfully, the manager understood my dilemma and gave me a partial refund so I could purchase a new charger elsewhere. I've been happy with the watch ever since.

I love it, the image is clear, bright, and it's on point with notifications. Only thing is it dies pretty quickly, I think it only lasts for about a day or 2. The battery drains pretty quickly

I got this for my mother in-law who has a bad knee. I had gotten her one many years ago and it was so out dated no fall protection this one has it all, Since the first one was so durable I decided to stick with hat worked. Its perfect size, plus you can enlarge the words. I love the fact you can add 2 emerg contacts, plus the fall detection. The band was a pretty shade of blue and adjustable to her tiny wrist. she likes that she can answer calls and text messages plus track her steps. Plus she can add apps. I got best buy open box, never had a issue with open box and I like they knock off a few dollars, which is in my budget enough to do a upgrade and get her a better version.

I really like my watch. Since I'm legally blind it helps me to see the time on my watch. And also allows me to do hands-free and I can talk back to me.

So far so good, For some reason, it takes a while for it to fully function after it's charged and turned back on from the battery being dead.

I bought two of them for my wife and for me we both loved them. It has no difference from new Geeks squad has done great job
