A great deal if you like to update your Galaxy watch and don't want to spend a lot of money. I bought it as a refurbished item and it has been working great since the day I picked it up from the store.

I love my watch. I didn't like the band that cane with it. I purchased some off Amazon at a reasonable price.

My unit showed up in perfect condition. Nothing wrong with it, zero scratches or dents. I was worried during the first week that the battery was cooked, but that seemed to be a learning stage for the device. After it finishes learning your patterns, and usage the battery life skyrockets. I have received a number of compliments on it already. Also, it is an absolute life saver at work, as I have to carry a second phone on me. Having the ability to answer messages, and respond to my personal life so easily is game changing. Looks good, epic performance, fun bezel, flawless condition. dnd watch face was like a dollar on a 3rd party store.

I love the watch (a little big coming from an apple watch though) but the band was defective. I called and they told me to take it to the store to replace the band. I took it to the store and since i ordered it online, they said i would have to send the entire watch back for a replacement. I didn't want to send it back and wait for a new one so I ended up having to go somewhere else and just buy a watch band. So due to the extra cost and inconvenience, I'm giving 2 stars. Best Buy could have had 5 if the service was better. If you're looking for reviews on the quality of the watch itself, I love it, top notch, would definitely buy again.

I bought this refurbished Galaxy Watch6 Classic as a birthday gift for my partner and he’s been enjoying it so far! He’s been wearing it every day for just about a month now and has few complaints, one which being the navigation through the watch itself (but has improved with getting used to it!) and the second being that once fully charged, the watch will sometimes immediately drop to 84% once taken off the charger. It’s not a huge issue/drop in charge and doesn’t greatly impact the function, but is why I’m not giving a full 5 stars. Otherwise, it’s a pretty solid and useful piece of tech!

The watch wasn't the color I ordered. I ordered it because of the price being a refurbished watch but I can't get the band on. - I want to exchange or return it please.

Love love this watch, even better price, like new! If it didn't come out of this brown box never would have kniw it was used!

Excellent condition. Works fine. Strap is also good to use.

I suggest youtube videos to assist in getting used to this Watch.

I do not recommend it, because the battery runs out very quickly.

Watch didn't connect to the phone, but going to try again and order another one and hopefully it will work, returning the first one.

Bought as a christmas gift. Works flawlessly. She loves it!!

The refurbished model was supposed to be new, but unfortunately never was able to complete the initial setup despite assistance from Samsung and Best Buy. Had to return.
