Good deal, would have been better if I received my order to the right address.

Needed a new phone and didnt want to purchase a new one. Bought this refurbished phone and its worked great for me for thr past month. Only issue is the charger that came with the phone doesnt work well, so I bought a new one.

The phone gives no problem and is compact with a very good battery life.

Product showed up in excellent condition as specified and functions very well.

Nice upgrade from my previous Samsung Galaxy S21 plus.

Product was fine. Store associates were nice, etc. but they weren't sure about the location of the product. I was told it had to be shipped to the local store from another store and I could get it the next morning. When I arrived home, 30 min. later, I had an email that said it was at the local store awaiting pickup. It was all fine, but a bit odd.

I was hesitant to try and purchase a used phone online again as i had a bad experience prior. I figured I would try best buy as i have a physical store near me. If i was to have any problems they could take care of it right then and there. I got the phone quick. It was exactly as described. I took it to the physical store to have my old phone replaced by the new one. Best Buy has a verizon rep in the store that is paid by Best Buy. She hooked me up with zero problems. This was as smooth as smooth could be
