Great phone! I've had it for 2 years now its amazing and its very high quality. Camera is great!

November 20 I bought a pre-own S22 ultra And two weeks after the screen started flickering. The screen turned green the phone doesn't work at all. I checked to see if I could return it. Unfortunately Best buy return policy ended December 5. Only two weeks warranty Thats crazy. Never again.

However, that being said, the fact that it doesn't have an SD card slot or a headphone jack is a bit limiting for me, but that's just a personal thing. That aside, it's a really good phone.

Ive been using this phone for about 2 weeks and i say its very good sometimes it lags vut its probably the software the snapdragon 8 gen 1 is good but heats up and its a certified battery eater

This is a beautiful phine. It processes quickly. I just replaced my iphone with this and while it is confusing for me i am loving it. The photos are amazing. The speed is fantastic even in gaming.

I can't listen to my voicemails if my phone is on speakerphone, my volume quality when on a call goes in and out to where I can hear people and then I can't and sometimes it makes a cracking sound when I am on the phone with someone and they are talking battery, the battery barely holds a charge at all and so it has to be charged at least twice a day.

Great phone at an excellent price. Fantastic service at the store! They transferred all my data from my old phone and installed the SIM card in my new Samsung S22. Thank you Best buy for amazing service.

I like the pen feature because it helps draw better and most precisely.

Item worked for a few month's then got a camera error the back camera stopped working only front face camera works by the time it stopped working the warranty was over waisted 500 when i could have just got a new one .

I love this phone it is almost as good as the Samsung s23

Sorry could not use this phone, it was advertised unlocked but it was not, it was still under Verizon care. Had to return the phone because my carrier could not transfer data.

This phone is as good as new without the new price.
