Great phone! I've had it for 2 years now its amazing and its very high quality. Camera is great!

November 20 I bought a pre-own S22 ultra And two weeks after the screen started flickering. The screen turned green the phone doesn't work at all. I checked to see if I could return it. Unfortunately Best buy return policy ended December 5. Only two weeks warranty Thats crazy. Never again.

I received the cell phone with the damaged front camera and I didn’t like to buy it from you, I felt scammed, because it made a lot of money and the product doesn’t work.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 stands out as a compact yet powerful flagship smartphone, offering a premium design, vibrant 6.1-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and an excellent triple-camera system featuring a 50 MP main sensor. Its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (or Exynos 2200) processor ensures top-tier performance, though its 3700mAh battery might feel underwhelming for heavy users. With features like IP68 water resistance, wireless charging, and 5G support, it’s a solid choice for those seeking a sleek and capable device. However, the lack of expandable storage and limited fast-charging speed may deter some.

Over all, I'm really impressed with this phone. The high quality camera makes for excellent photos and the high capacity storage allows for installing a lot of apps and the ability to store a lot of photos. However, that being said, the fact that it doesn't have an SD card slot or a headphone jack is a bit limiting for me, but that's just a personal thing. That aside, it's a really good phone.

Ive been using this phone for about 2 weeks and i say its very good sometimes it lags vut its probably the software the snapdragon 8 gen 1 is good but heats up and its a certified battery eater

The phone arrived in perfect condition and looks almost brand new. Everything works great, the phone is unlocked, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful phine. It processes quickly. I just replaced my iphone with this and while it is confusing for me i am loving it. The photos are amazing. The speed is fantastic even in gaming.

Pretty good phone, lots of space, and pretty good quality.

The Samsung S22 Ultra 5G is a great phone and to be able to find one in June of 2026 in such good condition was rare and I was surprised that it arrived so quickly, even before the date that I was originally expecting it.

I can't listen to my voicemails if my phone is on speakerphone, my volume quality when on a call goes in and out to where I can hear people and then I can't and sometimes it makes a cracking sound when I am on the phone with someone and they are talking battery, the battery barely holds a charge at all and so it has to be charged at least twice a day.

I have enjoyed the samsung phones and the s22 ultra is no exception. Excellent phone for any needs.

Great phone at an excellent price. Fantastic service at the store! They transferred all my data from my old phone and installed the SIM card in my new Samsung S22. Thank you Best buy for amazing service.

I like the pen feature because it helps draw better and most precisely.

I love this phone it is almost as good as the Samsung s23

Works well.........................................

Best phone I've ever had. I can't wait to get the s24.

Sorry could not use this phone, it was advertised unlocked but it was not, it was still under Verizon care. Had to return the phone because my carrier could not transfer data.

Well, duh, I love it! It's a Galaxy isn't it? But seriously, a flip phone and talk free after 9 is better than any iphone. Just saying

Item worked for a few month's then got a camera error the back camera stopped working only front face camera works by the time it stopped working the warranty was over waisted 500 when i could have just got a new one .
